My experience with Dr Krulee has been excellent. He is kind and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Everyone I’ve spoken to over the phone and in person at his office was friendly and professional. Everything has been smooth as far as scheduling appointments, billing to my insurance, and refilling prescriptions.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I read them often, and I wanted to add my own because many of the negative reviews here seem unfair or even slightly unhinged. If you are reading these reviews and are concerned about going here, I encourage you to just go and form your own opinion. Many people only write a review when they have a bad experience which unfairly skews the results towards the negative.

If you are kind and considerate, I do not think you will have any issues at this practice.

It is so upsetting to read the negative reviews posted here. There are two sides to every story and I feel not everyone is hearing the patient's part that led them to be dropped (not paying, being unkind to staff etc.) I have seen Dr. Krulee for a decade, as have two other members of my family. I truly believe that if it were not for Dr. Krulee's impeccable care...I can't even imagine where I'd be. He is intelligent, kind, thoughtful in his actions, listens to my concerns, is invested in my well being and is overall one of the top professionals I have seen in the mental health field. As for his office staff, I find them to be on top of things, prompt in their responses, warm and a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a Doctor who treats his patients with empathy and respect and works hard to find the best fit for your needs, I would 110% recommend Dr Krulee. Do yourself a favor, ignore the negative reviews. You have no idea what was said or done from the other side. Dr. Krulee and his team saved me, many times over.

I have been a patient for about 2-3 years at this practice. I have been seeing Dr.Krulee through some of the most challenging periods of my life and have gained much knowledge into options I have regarding my mental health. Dr. Krulee got my medication right and I have never experienced any of the negative behavior described above and have only positive things to say about Dr. Krulee and staff. I am grateful for all of the staff for working as hard and diligent to help patients receive the proper care and medication.

Please, if you currently see a psychiatrist that doesn't seem to really care about your treatment, or just goes through the motions of refilling meds and collecting a co-pay every few months, do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment with Dr. Krulee. I can't emphasize enough what a desperately needed breath of fresh air he has been for me. I was with my previous psychiatrist for more than 7 years and he still had no clue who I was or anything about my situation. Dr. Krulee asks questions and works WITH you to find solutions. I've been dealing with ADHD and depression for over 20 years and finally feel like I have someone that truly cares.

A truly positive experience. When calling to book my first session, Jay was friendly and efficient, setting up the appointment within only 10 minutes. The Doctor was attentive and personable, ensuring that all my questions and concerns had been addressed, and making me feel confident that I was receiving the best quality care. I feel that it can be difficult nowadays to find professionals who truly value the patient and care about what they do. I’m so glad that I was referred to Landmark, would highly recommend!

I haven’t ever written a review for a doctor before. But I thought I would because I almost did not chose Dr. Krulee because of the reviews here. He came highly recommended by someone I know.

His office staff were very professional and friendly when setting up my appointment. They answered all questions, returned calls and texts.

I was very nervous for my appointment, which are virtual. But as soon as I met Dr. Krulee, that subsided. He listened to my concerns. He took the time to listen to me at all my appointments. I felt he totally understood how I felt and what I needed.

I recommend him as a doctor and his office staff for helping a patient through the process of seeing a psychiatrist. I feel much better and I thank them all for their help and understanding.

Dr. Krulee is very compassionate and professional. His evident expertise is matched only by his ardent commitment to being ethical, which is especially important for a healthcare provider these days. I found his wife, Julia, who is responsible for many duties at the practice, to be friendly, patient, and easy to work with. Additionally, their prices are reasonable, and they’re easy to reach through their web service. (Getting in touch by phone can be more challenging; though, if one must do so, it’s not unreasonably hard.) Overall, I have been very satisfied with my experience at this practice, and I’d recommend their services to anyone.

Dr. Krulee and staff are truly outstanding! I have suffered for many years with terrible anxiety coupled with panic attacks and Dr. Krulee has provided me with exactly what I need to feel myself again. He's easy to talk to, honest, extremely knowledgeable and truly listens to how I am feeling each time I speak to him! I suffered much more then I really needed and wish I had found Dr. Krulee sooner. I could not recommend him more!

I've received care from Dr. Krulee for over a year and have been very happy. He's congenial and knowledgeable about the biochemistry of various medications which has been informative and helpful for reducing the number of medication I take, and getting the right dosing for the ones I do take.

Dr. Krulee is an insightful, compassionate and knowledgeable provider. I’m so glad to have found him for my mental health needs. He is thorough and really takes the time to get to know his patients- you will never be treated like you’re “just a number” by Dr. Krulee! I would recommend him to my own friends and family!

For the last 3+ years, Dr. Krulee has provided me with absolutely excellent mental health care. He has ALWAYS been attentive to my needs and has worked with me to find the right solutions to MY personal medical ailments. Dr. Krulee is not a “one solution fits all” doctor. He is a doctor that definitely treats each patient, and their illness, as a unique individual with their own unique sickness. I cannot recommend Dr. Krulee more highly.

I had been looking for a doctor to help correctly diagnose my issues for many years, and Dr. Krulee was able to make an assessment and propose a treatment plan that actually worked and continues to work. He is patient, a good listener, and takes the patient’s feelings and thoughts into consideration. I trust him to have my best interests at heart always.

Dr. Krulee is very kind and easy to talk to. He is incredibly intelligent when it comes to psychiatry. I trust his decisions about my medication 100%, and the treatment has been very helpful.

I don't usually leave reviews but thought I should because of all the negative ones which has not been my experience with this place! I've not had a negative experience in the 5ish years I've been going here. So far so good! Everything has been handled and communicated in a pretty straight forward way. Like okay, to make this diagnosis, we follow this route and treat this way, etc. The follow ups are pretty easy just talking about life, finding out how the treatment is working or not and adjusting accordingly. I never felt pushed or disrespected or anything by the office staff and especially not by Dr. Krulee. Payment has always been a non-issue. It's hard to find positives when dealing with a problem (mental health problems) so I can't make a glowing review, but they listened, treated, and the treatment works. If I ever have a concern, it's answered, whether for Dr. Krulee or the office staff. Even with going to Telehealth, it's been actually a pretty easy adjustment. Making/rescheduling appointments is also actually surprisingly easy to find a good available time without a really long wait (a lot of other places are book far in advance and good luck rescheduling an appt at those places!). I just did it this morning for and it was rescheduled for later this week. I'm definitely a super simple case but, like I said, all positive so far!

Dr Krulee has been great. He helped me with getting the right balance of medication to help me feel balanced. He also supported me through bariatric surgery. I would not be where I am in my life without his help!

I am a transgender female and saw Dr. Krulee today. The office is nice and the staff was professional. Dr. Krulee was so kind, made me feel so comfortable, and is helping me treat my anxiety. I was even late for my appointment and no one even said anything about it. Maybe things will change but right now I can't beleive these 1 star reviews. I actually put off making an appointment with him for months because of the reviews and I now I regret wasting so much time struggling with my anxiety when I could have seen dr. Krulee sooner. I HIGHLY recommend him for anyone struggling with mental health issues!

My son has been a patient of Dr. Krulee for years. When we 1st started seeing him we were at our lowest point & had seen many other drs prior with no answers. Dr Krulee helped him tremendously & I’m so thankful we found him. I highly recommend him …

I read these reviews and honestly, I never write reviews but I had such a pleasurable experience at this office I felt bad for them receiving all of these bad reviews.

To make my argument strong, the office manager, Julie was kind beyond imagine. She actually gave me an appointment during the doctors lunch because I was in crisis. The waiting room was packed with satisfied patients.

A few people who maybe should be in a hospital, should not post distorted lies. This really is a great office with a wonderful competent staff.

I see my psychiatrist and therapist here. They offer very good, coordinated care. The whole team is very empathetic, understanding, and compassionate. They have been absolutely wonderful! I could not ask for a better mental health team. I have attended several behavioral health places during the past several years, and this is by far one of the most well run, competent, and compassionate place I've ever been.
