I like going here for the change, the tellers are nice and pleasant, but this bank is always closed and not enough tellers. I have to drive all the way to Dickenson which is inconvenient. Personally I think it is just badly managed.

Went in about 3:40 pm to open an account . After waiting about 10-15 minutes i was told that i would have to come back the next business day! I was thinking since i was already there how long does it take to open an account! I am 66 years old! A wasted trip and a waste of my time.

Do not trust their atm !! I was making a large deposit of cash and the machine turned off mid transaction with $2,540 dollars in it!! (I know that’s a lot to deposit in an atm but I’m always in school or at work at the time they’re open). This happened on March 5th and I still haven’t gotten the money!! The first person I talked to said up to 48 hours. The second person said ten days and the last person I talked to said it could be up to March 20th. Idk how tf they think someone can just wait that long for such a large amount of money. The 2nd and 3rd person I talked to supposedly put a rush on it but they also told me with the rush it would only take 48 hours so who tf knows when or if I’ll get my money. That have cameras all around the atm so they should clearly be able to see what happened 🙄🙄

This isn't directed at any specific employees at this location. BUT, Bank of America is well-traveled in predatory financing and has no intention of doing honest business with high net worth "consumers." Would recommend taking your money or assets just about anywhere else (barring WF or JP/Chase).

The only good thing i have to say about this branch is the NEW tellers are very pleasant. The tellers that have been there for a while have the same attitude as explained below. Other than the NEW tellers, this branch is terrible. In the year and a half that I have been dealing with the Texas City branch they have made several significant mistakes with my company deposits. I understand that people will make mistakes and that’s fine. The problem is the way they handle their mistakes. Each time I have had to deal with them to correct one of their mistakes I was treated like a nuisance - like I was bothering them when trying to correct the issue they caused. Instead of just apologizing and correcting the mistake they become very defensive and make excuse after excuse. Norma who is apparently the teller manager is the worst about this. I’m told that she will get back to me when she has time. That she’s the only teller working at this time. They are in the “middle of an audit”. That they are very busy and when it slows down, she’ll look into it. It’s their mistake, make time. I’ve been in customer service for 34 years and am appalled at how the people at this branch handle things. In addition, they closed the drive through and very seldom have more then one or two tellers working at a time so the line is often very long. The branch managers response when asked about the lack of tellers was: “This is what they give us to work with.” In an aggravated tone. Again, unprofessional. I could go on and on. Bottom line: The people in the Texas City branch need customer service training in the worst way.

Been a Boa customer for 25+ years and recently opened a new business location near this bank location. I have been to this branch 3 times now and all 3 times I left with out doing anything. Everytime it seems as if no interest in helping even when I wanted to open a new commercial account. Unfortunately I will most likely close my accounts and will drive a bit further to my new bank chase.

I have never had the worst customer service experience in my life until I came to this Bank of America. I was cashing a check for my boss and I asked for a receipt from the teller named Norma and she got an attitude with me telling me that she does not have to give me a receipt that my cash was the receipt. And when I told her okay it's not a big deal attitude not necessary she started telling me that she did me a favor by not charging me the $5 fee to cash it. And I again told her that that was not necessary. At that point I asked for her name and she threatened to call my boss because and complain about the way that I was quote talking to her unquote. And that point I was like excuse me I just came to cash a check I asked for something you got an attitude with me when I asked to speak to her boss she handed me a card to contact customer service. Speaking of customer service there's a line for the tellers a mile long because she's standing outside getting flowers from her boyfriend. When I called back to speak to a manager she's the one that answered and decided to tell me that she was a manager and told me that I needed to call later. I guess that since this is the only big branch Bank in the area they feel that they can talk to people and treat people any way they want. No wonder the credit unions in the area get all the businesses.
