Adrian from this location is absolutely amazing! I had a loan with the bank for a few years and he was always pleasant to work with. He is so patient and understanding and will try to help to the best of his ability. If you ever have the opportunity to work with him, do it... you won't be disappointed. Customer service isn't what it once was, so it was very refreshing.

I was 1 of the 1st customers when they opend this branch & ive never really had any issues w the employees. They always were polite. Now over 20+ yrs later all the employees have moved on & ive lived n hitchcock 16.5yrs lol. But other than one issue they have always treated me politely & im broke. They have more atms n the cnty than anyone else. I just wish they wood let me kick my ex eife off my acct. We been div sense 2010 & shes still on my acct. Its a computer program so tell it to let me kick her off it. Shes not been on the checks for 8yrs lol

Awesome service

I've been banking here for years and depositing my daughters check into her account. I filled a cash deposit slip so they can deposit it as cash and she still deposits it as a check. Inaccessible for the weekend. I politely asked if she could please change it to what I needed. The teller says they cant because the computer wont let them since its past the time. Now I worked banking for 6 years and I know the system doesnt just close down at 6pm. Thanks for accommodating ur customers needs. U were not helpful. If she couldnt deposit it as cash then why didnt she just say that before doing my transaction. I could have took it elsewhere. Theres plent money in all the other accounts to have covered that check.

I am a busniess owner Texas First Bank came to my place of busniess to get me to open an account up . I did open up one. This bank is not for their members very disrespectful. Texas first is not above anyone they have a lot to learn in public relations. I will be closing my account .
