I give credit where it is due. I've had great experiences with the bank over the years. I only had one bad experience, but the manager contacted me via phone and helped me to set it straight. I truly appreciate that. Thanks for the great customer service!

I had an awful experience with a teller named Genelle. She didn’t count my money out to make sure she had cashed my check for the correct amount. She rolled her eyes at me and had a horrible attitude with me. The other tellers have good customer service but Genelle has an awful attitude
