Great customer service. Every time I go through the drive thru the ladies are always very sweet and kind.

What I just seen happen in the parking lot and how you guys delivered everyone’s order I was just sitting in my car like wow. My food was even fresh what was even better no errors my exact order. I even told the employee who brought me my food how great they all were doing. Thank you for the fantastic customer service.

Gustavo and the team working on 10/31/23 @ 9:30 all need raises. They are amazing. Always friendly with fresh hot food. Good place for good vibes.

I love this Burger King. We will drive out of our way just to go to this location. The employees there are so friendly. They know all about how to do customer service.. I worked as a store manager for a Taco Bell for 12 years back in Indiana Ik how had it is to bite your tongue 👅. This employees are great I just can't say enough about them.

This Burger King ALWAYS has the nicest employees here and the food is hot. If u want good fast food n FRIENDLY SERVICE then come here.

Went to this burger king on 3/30/22 at around 12pm. The staff were so sweet and polite. Sometimes when you go through fast food people sound like they hate their life and want it to be known but everyone sounded sweet and were so nice. The coke tastes a little off but the rest of the food was great. Def recc.

I love this Burger King!! This staff is remarkable, especially the morning crew.. Michelle is a great manager there and I love her too pieces as well as Brandi and Chrissy and the other ladies I'm not used to all there names yet..lol. But there customer service team is always up to par. I would recommend anyone to this one. When they say family that is exactly what they are and how they treat you is family.

If all of my BK experiences were equal to what i had this morning, i would only eat at BK. Fast, vouteous service thru the drive thru. Food looked like the pictures and hot snd fresh. Thanks to the morning team. 2/18 730am.

I went here for breakfast on Monday because McDonald's was shut down. They only had 2 employees and a manager to run the whole place and the food was still hot and Michelle was kind and courteous when she took my order. Huge shout out to them for working their tails off because it's so hard to staff right now.

The dining room is open! Everything was very clean. The staff was very careful. As soon as somebody left they would sanitize the table.
I love the $3 for 3 bundle. A good lunch at a good price.

I ordered a few months back the impossible and they dropped it fresh to order for me. It was delicious with nice hot crispy fries and I ordered an Oreo shake. They really care about the satisfaction of their customers.

The employees are very polite and helpful. The manager Angie is wonderful. Great attitude and helpful. My order was messed up and I took it back with no problems and very sorry. There is not a time I go in there and she isn’t smiling or cheerful. That’s what customer service is all about.

Good experience , I'm not eating very often fastfood but was pleasantly surprised , the cashier was very polite and efficient . Clean and neat . 👍

Went through drive through to order 2 chocolate shakes and was asked to pull around front lol. Place wasn't busy at all when we ordered . can you imagine..?

I was greeted by two friendly ladies, ( one at each window), quick service, hot food, and a correct order during lunch. I would drive past both Winter Haven locations to go to this Burger King.

It was a great experience the crew was magnificent I really enjoyed my meal there and I even might get a job there so I really enjoyed my meal there today
