My Girlfriend and I ordered a few packages and the zip code was wrong (last two digits flipped). After the Schaumburg post office was useless in helping us, they told us to contact this center as the package said it was delivered somewhere already. We drove here and were informed it failed to deliver but they both may have still been at this location. Brianna volunteered to go across the facility to check if two of our packages were there and she was able to find and give one of the two packages to us. We appreciated her going the extra mile (quiet literally) out of the way to help us out. Were very thankful as the packages are apparently Valentine's day gifts she got me. Hopefully we're able to get the other packages sorted out!

Honestly, I am not sure why people have had such a negative experience with this post office. The women working behind the desk are always friendly with me and are always taking care of customers in a timely manner.

Was there today at about 10am and both ladies working were very helpful and pleasant. Every time I stop in Cathy's welcoming, helpful, kind, pleasant. No matter what type of day she is having, she will do her best to help you with a smile.

Came in today to see if I could recover the tracking number on a package I sent out since I had misplaced the receipt and the company I mailed a return to claimed they never received it. The gentleman with tattoos spent 15 minutes searching for it on the system and in the end was able to find the number for me. He was very thoughtful and patient throughout the entire process and made my day by making sure it was found and I was taken care of. This entire experience left me feeling so grateful for his service and relieved that I’d receive a full refund on the $90 dress I had sent out and it wasn’t money lost. He deserves to be recognized

The staff is the most patient, considerate, knowledgeable, hard working group I have ever seen. I used to do mail runs at the Sears Tower/Willis Tower for a messenger company and I assisted in doing mid-day mail runs. I was overwhelmed and shocked of the amount of patience that was needed to deliver each and every package and the attention to detail that was needed to deliver the most important time sensitive parcels. The staff at the Carol Stream front desk is to be commended for all of their hard work and patience. I do understand because of the pandemic crisis deliveries can be their hardest. We thank you all for your service and diligence. Please continue to take care during this time and thank you for your service.

It was a long wait but the ladies on Monday of 3-22-21 about 3pm where amazing! They where able to help me and not give off an attitude like other post offices. They had bubbly attitudes which I loved! Made the visit so much nicer all together!

Workers are always pleasant to deal with. Nice clean. Bright. Post office.

For those that are complaining about the time it takes to receive their mail or how slow they move in the warehouse maybe you should apply for a job and work there in the conditions that they work in.

WOW what a staff I went there today for the very first time with a very important piece of mail that needed to get out right away.The staff there was so helpful, so pleasant and so much fun to be around which maybe sounds strange considering everything that has been said about the US Postal Service but not this Post Office, I'm considering going there every Monday to have a great start to my week!!!

After giving Rhonda the information, she realized I was calling the wrong office, as she gets many calls from people looking for the distribution center. She was patient, understanding and went far beyond her role to help me find a solution! Doesn't get any better than that!

ALWAYS quick respectful service especially from Tyra. Sweetest woman I have ever met. Always smiling and treating everyone like she's best friends with them. Always makes me feel happy to see her when I come in.

I literally used a self kiosk and put my package in the shoot without an address. Came back the next morning and the post office employee was so kind and helpful. She was able to locate it in the back for me and bring it out for me to complete the address.

I have come here several times. I really like the staff here and they always seem to treat me with respect. I had to send several things out of the country and wasn’t sure how to go about it or how to make it as cheap as possible and they REALLY helped me out and took the time to explain everything. I have a post office closer to me but I had problem after problem with them so I’d rather drive all the way to this location because I trust them more.

They make getting a passport easy. Went in today 6/9/2021 and Everyone at the front desk are super welcoming and sweet. Any questions I had they were very helpful

I love this post office location. Every person behind the counter is ALWAYS so nice an considerate. The lines can get long, but they move you quickly and Kindly. I live closer to another post office but choose to come here. Thank you to the awesome team there!
