Burritos Lalo

This is a yummy Mexican restaurant in Buellton. It's small for seating - you can't sit more than 4 people to a table, but there are larger picnic table out in the grassy area out front. The food is standard fare and filling. The service was wonderful - they were working hard to make sure everyone was taken care of. I had a crispy beef taco and cheese enchilada.

This was exactly what we were looking for. Great service and solid authentic Mexican food. Nothing fancy, just good authentic flavors and an extensive menu of options. We'll definitely be stopping by Burritos Lalo whenever we pass through Buelton.

Ordered from this place through Uber eats and our burritos were delicious, we also ordered some shrimp tacos and they were pretty tasty as well! Not disappointed whatsoever. Will come again!

I really enjoyed this little Mexican inspired eatery in the town of Buellton. It offers up an extensive menu with choices ranging from taco to tapas and burritos so crazy some would call them loco 😝

Food is really tasty and original with big portions and affordable prices and the service from the lady who was cooking and serving at the same time (because the waiter wasn't come yet) was excellent she is so efficient and nice, I was surprised how she takes our orders right with out write down and cooked everything at a good time and delicious she's a real gem💜, we were traveling to Berkeley when we need a place to eat and we really love it the best place around

Pretty small sit down style restaurant. Ordered the ultimate chicken burrito, which is literally sauteed vegetables and chicken wrapped in a burrito skin. A bit difficult to eat because it'll break apart but still really delicious.
I think it's run by a family because we were served by like 4 different people throughout our meal including a teenager.
If I ever pass by, I could come back and recommend this place as well.

If your not from the area and looking for something Mexican, skip toco bell this is the spot. Don't be fooled by the way it looks ,it's authentic Mexican food. And service was great, Dalia was amazing running the front of the house. Thank you

I love this place! They're the only restaurant I've found they makes fried tacos the way my momma does! Plus the service is always friendly, FAST, and knowledgeable! I always judge by the salsa whether a Mexican restaurant is good, and this place is #1. And you can't beat the prices for Taco Happy Hours!

I keep going in with the intention of trying their other dishes, but I just can't say no to those tacos!

So yummy! We stopped in for food on our way through town. My husband got a steak burrito and I got a vegetarian burrito. Huge burritos,
no skimping on ingredients and both were excellent! If we are ever in town again this will be my first choice for food. Highly recommend; you will not be disappointed.

Did you know that Lalo is the nickname for Eduardo? No? Neither did I but girlfriend did. I always thought Buellton needed a good taco spot and low and behold, Burritos Lalo. It’s tiny, clean and if you show up on a Monday or Tuesday you get a sweet deal. I ordered three carnitas tacos and girlfriend had three different tacos dorados. They were good, the salsa was good too. Girlfriend said the fresh tomatoes on the taco surprisingly had a lot of flavor. We only deducted a few points because the potato taco wasn’t as good as we hoped. We give this place 4.7 stars. A real hidden gem.

Fantastic food, great service and polite employees, for sure a 5 star experience.
I had a egg, cheese and green Chile burrito that was awesome.
They also had a wonderful salsa bar with many options including an amazing guacamole sauce.

Talk about a treasure. You know it's good when you walk in a restaurant and see the culture represented in all aspects. The cook in the back, the front and the customers let you know this isn't for play play.

The salsa is fresh. I wish they offered the hot salsa in a bowl. Bringing that out with the food was a trap. I got the breakfast burrito. I have had good breakfast burritos but this one was great. There is a farm fresh place across the walkway outside and I see why they don't get business.

The food was delicious. Fresh, well seasoned, and priced well. Honestly, I have paid more for less in other places. The staff is super attentive often asking you what you are thinking as you are thinking it. My only gripe was there was no horchata because if the food is this great I can only imagine that this may be the best horchata ever.

My companion often says "There's nothing to do in Buellton." But I beg to differ. I am hitting this place up every time I stop through.

I went to this place the last night in Buellton. Let me tell you this, it was amazing. The food was one of the most delicious places hands down. The fajitas with chicken to die for!!! Perfectly balanced vegetables and meat. The salsa and chips, incredible!!! The little pork wrap things are amazing to with guac!! I wished I lived there so I can eat there again and again. They have flan btw! I didn't get to try it I was to full. But I know it's great just based on everything else. I suggest you go eat there right now!

Great people and great food. Made a quick stop driving through town and was happy with the decision to eat here vs all the other options at this exit. Food was fresh, not greasy and made to order. I had the steak ultimate burrito and my fiancé had the chicken ultimate burrito. She opted to have hers smothered in salsa verde which was a nice twist.

Great food and such friendly service! I was up from Santa Barbara meeting a friend for lunch and the guy who helped us was so nice and efficient even though he was by himself out front. Will definitely be back soon!
