Me and my girlfriend are totally new to gaming and we had the BEST experience with Alex and his crew at Broadway Mall. Literally couldn’t have gotten to playing our console if he didn’t give us a run through of what we should know. Plus the game selection is wiiiiild!

Unbelievable is the word to describe how we were treated by Alex of VGTP of Hicksville.
My Grandaughter had a problem loading an older game on our Xbox, trying numerous times without any success - she was totally upset.
Brought the game and console to VGTP, Alex spent a ton of time trying to get this 2016 game to work - problem was issues with
our console which was not worth fixing since it is about 7 years old.
He sold us a similar unit that was tested and worked at a great price. We now have a console and game that work and one happy kid.

Stopped in tonight to see about getting a couple of games resurfaced. Brandon and Giuseppe took great care of my items and were very informative about the process. When one game ended up being unsalvagable, they were able to get me a reasonably-priced replacement copy so I can get right back to playing. Great experience.

Came here yesterday for the first time with friends and I was absolutely mesmerized by the selection! I finally got a Wii after searching long and hard , after I threw out the one I had before. Customer service was amazing and sooo welcoming. I will be coming back for more 😄

Gamestop sent us for a spin. They wouldn’t accept any of our console trade ins even after making us drive 30min back home to pickup controllers and cables. we came here and we offered a great price for all of our consoles. we have also came here to purchase many games. this place is great. don’t waste your time with gamestop!

So many games to look at. I could have spe t hours in here looking at the titles. They even had a sealed section which I eneded up buying from. You can easily get lost in all the games here.

This video game trading post is a staple in the Broadway Mall. I often visit this shop with my friends and revel in the nostalgia of retro games, consoles, and media that we enjoyed as kids. The staff is friendly, and they have great deals on a variety of items.

Great place with a large selection and great people that have knowledge about video games and what not. They have nearly everything from games to consoles and controllers, collectibles, and movies. I definitely would recommend. I will come again!

I bought a GameCube from here & it was overheating a lot , the exchange process was amazing. The customer service couldn’t have been better. I’m really happy with everything. Highly recommend shopping here and thank you so much for making the exchange a lot easier

My boyfriend John is a long time customer of Mikes. Since we started dating he introduced me to gaming and I absolutely love it, I’ve been going with him to the trading post . The owner Mike and his staff are great at taking care of their customers - I always look forward to going there - Great selection of heavy hitters when my boyfriend is looking for them - Mike please get John some more Saturn games I want to treat him to one as a surprise ! I've never had a bad experience at this, or any other Video Game Trading Post! Friendly staff, amazing prices, great mint or near mint condition per game, console, or etc. Plus some have playable vintage arcade or pinball games. That's a major green flag for me! VGTP needs to go global, 10/10 would definitely come back!

This place is so cool. Great for kids, huge selection of Pokémon cards and Nintendo plush toys. The retro gaming inventory is impressive nostalgic for the older crowd. Brings back a lot of fun memories. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend.

I love this place! The owners are super friendly and super supportive! For cheap games. The one in Hicksville is the place to go! 5 nes games for 20 bucks is an awesome deal! I've been going here for months! Ever since I once herd about them!

Max and bryan are always so friendly and cool with me whenever I come in to shop. Their Pricing and the overall retro gaming selection is the best in long island hands down. This is my go to retro store from now on. Can’t recommend them enough to anyone who wants to collect or play retro games.
