Haven’t purchased a car personally yet… but went in today to see if we could. We were approved and also told we can test drive and have it looked over whatever we choose. So before anyone leaves a bad review please know that it is your responsibility to look over a car before you purchase. It is your responsibility to bring a mechanic or test drive to one. One man can have a life experience and know a lot but that one man with a day experience might catch something he didn’t see with a lifetime experience in automotive. You can only be told what someone knows. And it again is your responsibility to know what your purchasing have it looked over and checked out know what your purchasing and be happy or don’t have it looked at and take the chance of something being wrong. That’s shame on you, your fault. Not the car lot don’t bash someone else for your own stupidity. I appreciate you all helping us today and sitting down and giving us your time we will for sure be back to purchase a vehicle thanks again

My dad purchased a van from Veteran Auto and wanted me to leave a review from him(doesn't do the internet thing). The door handle(I believe it was) was messed up and Chris agreed to fix it when the part came in and he did so in excellent time. He did not forget about my dad. Which made him happy! Good customer service but highly overpriced. Purchased car for my son. Come to find out one whole side of the bumper was duct taped which fell off within a week. Extra repairs on top of the O2 sensor that they were aware of and didn't fix which makes it harder to start and uses more gas until replaced. I specifically asked for a decent reliable car and what I paid was over book value. Make sure you inspect with a fine tooth comb or you will be spending more money on top of the over pricing. There are companies that really care about providing good transportation without ripping you off. Don't settle here like I did. The gentleman was nice but they all are just to get your money. I wouldn't recommend buying here. Louisville has better priced cars for your money. As I said the one side of the bumper was duct taped. Nobody has any reason to post a negative review unless the facts are true. There is nothing on that side attached as it should be which means the whole thing has to be replaced. My son is almost 18. That should have been mentioned. You drove it so I know you knew about it. Learn to be an honest dealership that doesn't cause people extra repairs from jump and you wouldn't get negative reviews. Anyone that can't clearly see it's duct taped I would be happy to provide you with more so you know the owner that just replied lied about it not being.

Bought a 03 impala with little under 200k miles on it. Not even 14 miles from the dealer the check engine light came on & within 24 hrs the radiator hose has a major leak & mechanic says car has been sitting for a long time with the amount of rust that came from inside and around radiator hose. Also has a leak in radiator. Definitely a sneaky dealership. 100% would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

So for 3,000 we got a new lawn ornament! Reselling car once title arrives not worth fixing.

Update: car needed a brand new radiator, thermostat, upper & lower radiator hoses and the radiator flushed 2x to get the gunk that was dex & RUST together inside. Radiator had a quarter size hole. So spent 3,000 & now have to spend another 500(parts and labor).

So definitely take a trusted mechanic with if you think about purchasing from this dealershit.

Horrible business. The guy will sell structurally compromised vehicles without telling you and as soon as you sign the as-is paperwork he will claim you should have had it inspected before pulling off the lot. You will have to sue him. The whole under frame was rusted out and the car lot had welded the frame back together without notifying the owner of the past issues. DO NOT BUY!!!

Owner failed to send me the title. Instead sent to the state bmv of his choice. NOT the state I live in. Will have to pay out of pocket a transfer of title fee due to owners actions. Will file dealership complaint with the state bmv office and request owner to pay my out of pocket expenses due to his actions.
