GOTHAM SMOKE

I’ve been to this shop a total of 3 times - today I even bought my first rig! The owner is always kind, friendly and knowledgeable - not to mention the prices can’t be beat. I went in today and expressed I was looking for a rig within a certain range and the owner managed to help me find a rig and accessories all within said budget. I will ALWAYS comes out here to shop, just one week previously I bought a new 510 battery and months before CBD products while on a T break. All the stars for GOTHAM 💚😁

Excellent shop! Owner was extremely helpful and super nice! Picked two things out that would fit but didn't quite work well connected and he found me something that looked better, had the same price, and was a better fit! Fantastic smoke shop and great prices compared to other shops I've seen.

The owner, Ash, is super honest and helpful. He helped me decide which piece and accessories were right for me, as their collection is pretty extensive.
He spent his time to provide lots of helpful information and advice so I would feel comfortable with my purchase and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
I’ve been to dozens of smoke and glass shops and this one is by far the nicest-looking, has the best collection of quality glass and accessories and has the most variety for any budget. You can get quick and easy little plastic pieces if you’re in a pinch for super cheap and there’s a big variety all the way up to high end, super high quality pieces. Best smoke shop overall that I’ve ever been to.

Owner is one of the most honest people I’ve met and will always give you fair prices. He also knows what he’s talking about and will show you anything in the store. The amount of different pieces is insane and this is one of the biggest smoke shops in CT as well as the best. Best prices and best selection imo, you should stop by if you have the time.

Excellent shop, very helpful staff. They have various items for sale from smoke products to novelty swords and a big glass section, making this a great place to shop for gifts as well.

No times posted but every open sign is lit while you are closed cant stand that was very excited just to be let down

This man knowingly sells counterfeit products and refuses to allow you to return it for a refund when presented with ironclad evidence. He then gaslighted me and began screaming at me which I have on video. As you can see from the verification code in the photo, it does NOT match. It was also highly defective and visibly different from the real brand. Instead of offering my money back, he accused me of swindling him and threatened me. Go to any other place in New Haven county except this place.
