Yohan is always a pleasure to work with. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the thorough inspections on my vehicle and talks with him.

I also appreciate the gentlemen on the tire side. They’ve helped me a few times and have always been a pleasure to work with.

With being newer to the area I was looking for a trusting place and I found it. I definitely recommend this place!

The folks here were excellent. Yohan did my service of an oil change. The express oil had a record of my visits and did not recommend an alignment which I initially thought I needed but instead just a tire rotation and balance (which saved me some $$$). Overall smooth and quick experience, would recommend to all looking for car service in the Huntsville/Madison area.

I have been getting my oil changed here for 6 years and it's always been a quick and easy experience. Yohan has always been friendly and makes sure that my vehicle is running properly. I have never been upsold anything at this place, they really are taking care of their customers. Today I had an issue with one of my batter terminals and Zack took care of it in less than 5 minutes and I was on my way. As long as I live in the Huntsville area, this is where I will take my cars.

I came to Express Oil Change after another automotive place kept jerkin me around with when to come in for an appointment. I brought my own oil and filter and they had it done within less than 10 min. Great experience overall.

Yohan is top notch! Very clearly an expert at what he does. I've had my oil changed many times and Yohan is the only person that has cared enough to check my cabin air filter and even showed me how to check it and replace it myself. He's also very personable and it was a blast just talking to him.

Stopped in at 5:55 pm for an oil change knowing they were close to quitting time. Yohan saw me and immediately motioned me to an open bay that had already been scrubbed down. The team jumped in and had me out in 12-15 minutes. Always great service! Highly recommended!

Friday morning, May 24th my youngest daughter and I dropped by the Express Oil Change (Madison Blvd) location, and all I needed was a replacement front headlamp. The gentleman (Gabe and Jacob) were very nice and friendly and promptly got me taken care of. I was out of there probably less than 30 minutes. Great customer service guys, and with service like that it definitely leaves a positive mark on your company. Keep up the good work Gabe and Jacob!😉

Yohan was great! He's been changing my oil for a while and always does a great job! I hope corporate has recognized Yohan. This man needs a big bonus for the joy he brings his customers. He is the best guy I've ever had to change my oil!

Tales was very professional and very friendly. He did a complete safety inspection and looked for leaks while topping off any fluids that were needed. I used to change my own oil but as I got older it has just become something I don’t feel like doing anymore. I have found this place gives me good service and I’m not having to get dirty.

Wonderful experience! The workers were very nice and willing to try their best to work with things. Shoutout to Shannon at the desk! He did so well in helping me with my car, I have one of the defective Volkswagens that have premature break wear and that lead to a failure in the Electronic brake motor and they had to order parts. He was super nice and had diligence in calling my warranty company two hours he sat on the phone and fought for me. I saved so much stress.. I’m very thankful and recommend this place for sure!
