I’ve been here a lot lately and the staff here is so welcoming. I get your biscuits and gravy and always delicious. Always clean and they remember my order. Thanks guys.

I went through the drive thru and only ordered a junior frosty. When I pulled up to pay he just gave it to me and said I was good. Drive thru guy, you have my respect. If I ever learn your name my first born child will inherit it in your honor 🫡

I go to this location instead of closer more convenient locations due to the service and the food always seems hotter/fresher. They even fully refunded my bill without any prompt by me because they were running behind.

Man do I love the Hudsonville Wendy’s! The workers put their whole hearts into those brown paper bags. I have recently become a regular attendee and the workers have my order memorized! Now that’s some good customer service. My favorite worker always goes the extra mile. He is always sure to send me off with a great view of his suspiciously jacked arm, and a comforting smile. I really feel at home there.

Wendy’s is a place you can trust! I can’t say enough good things. I’ll be spreading my ashes there when I pass.

We went there today. Staff was really nice. My dad wanted a Wendy's hat like the employees wear and they gave him one. Food was hot and was really good. If you want a Wendy's with good staff go here. :)

Me and my friend went to this location for the first time. We can both say the food was very satisfactory to say the least. The nuggies were so scrumnchous and hot. All of the staff were very nice and very helpful to us. It was busy during the time that we went
but that was no trouble for the staff at all! Me and my friend also go to experience the coke freestyle machine. We really loved all of the great options that Wendy’s had to offer. We ordered the giant JBC (isn’t very well known, until now of course ;) We also ordered a few large fries. You can never go wrong with the Dave’s Cream (the drink). It was very good. This isn’t a complaint but rather a suggestion...I do feel like they should bring back the family nuggets (50 piece). Me and my family could eat that thing up in no time. My family and I would usually get three family nuggets. My family of 4 could each manage to eat 37.5 nuggets each. Going on to the secret menu items, I really appreciate them serving the cheesy cheddar burger. It is yummy in my tummy. I do wish that Wendy’s would make this but it would come in a sextuple style. Overall, Wendy’s is a great family place and they are excellent for kids. I also like the kids toys. I would recommend coming to this location because of the amazing staff and management. Thank you Wendy’s! Me and my family are going on a Wendy’s binge for the month of August, wish us luck everyone! Wendy’s has the freshest food and good quality service. Thank you Wendy’s!

Every time I go to this location during work they get through the line very quickly. Never had a bad experience and the window workers are always kind.

The workers at this location over the past six months have been phenomenal! They’re polite, quick and always get my complicated kids orders correct. Very impressed!

Went to this establishment, someone named yuri gave me my food, yuri tarded, he was very nice. I ordered the number 13 spicy but with no chicken, got exactly what I ordered, I also got a free frosty for having to wait 1 minute. Definitely will come back.

Very tasty food. Had the chili and an apple pecan salad and was very pleased. I was looking for something somewhat healthy and the salad was as close as I could get, but since it was cold out I couldn’t resist getting something to warm up with and the chili got the spot

We dined inside. With it being slow, our order came out fast and fresh. No complaints from the quality of taste. Always a good experience here

I’m in the are often and I must say, this location (#3023) is far ahead of the other fast foods in the are!! Absolutely great prompt, Quality service every time I go there 💯

Employees always need to say thank you or have a nice day when picking up your food through the drive-through!

I ordered the 10 pc nugget meal, it was so good. I got the pineapple mango lemonade it was delicous.

Great modern look in the store. Everyone was super nice especially the employee named Keenan, he was quick to get our food and nice as well. The whole staff was amazing.

The service was definitely above average and they treated my small children with patience. Very clean. And the food was fresh.

Great meal deals. Kids loved it. Quick service. Nice polite staff.

This is a newer Wendy's. Has good service and good quality food. 👌
