The food is tasty. It's not a five star Atmosphere but was remodeled a year or so ago. Is nice inside and outside. Nice outdoor seating for summertime. Several Greak dishes and good burgers and such.

We came for an early dinner tonight, and while I don't have an pictures I took quite a few take aways.

I ordered the Greek Chicken Pita and the flavor was great! Not bland like some other restaurants might be. I ate every last bite! I also appreciated that the prices were appropriate too.

My friend had the M43 and she also ate the whole thing! Even I noted that it was a sandwich I'd have to try next time.

The Saganaki, oh that flaming cheese! Again, full of flavor and paired with some pretty damn good pita bread. We came for happy hour which the appetizer was half off and I absolutely recommend getting that to share.

Finally, the waitress was above and beyond friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. We were both impressed with her service and both noted that we really enjoyed having her wait on us.

I 100% recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner! It was very nice inside and we enjoyed our visit.

Thank you

We had a dinner of sides and appetizers. It was a taste festival, for sure! Our server, Liz, was so friendly and welcoming. The place was full of people, yet the service was timely. The atmosphere was cheerful and we had a general good time. I will definitely be back!

In my opinion, Niko’s tavern is the #1 place for authentic Greek food in the entire Lansing area. I have lived here for 30 years and sampled most of the Greek restaurants in the area. Niko’s is a cut above. I had the gyro and Greek fries. I just wish the atmosphere were more Greek and less sports bar. Brittany gave us excellent service!

We love this place!!!
I met Ann, the head chef today and it made me realize how much time and energy they put into making this business a wonderful locally owned restaurant.
Not to mention how delicious the food is!

You owe it to yourself to visit Niko's. From beginning to end, this was a great experience.

Started with the Peloponnese plate (olives, tzatziki, roasted tomatoes, feta and skordalia served with pita), Greek style fries and grape leaves - all were fantastic!

For the main, we split The Acropolis sandwich, and let me tell you: Feta, grilled peppers and onions with lamb meatballs?! Yes, please! Excellent meal.

Each member of staff we encountered was awesome, and I love seeing into the open kitchen as our meal was being prepared. Relaxed, but classy environment. What a cool spot to eat and hang out.

This place has been open for a few months but they just had their grand opening party and it was a great day to try them out. I had the falafel sandwich and for a side I had the spinach pie (it has a cooler name but I don’t remember what it is). Falafel was very good (but I added some sriracha for personal preference) and the spinach pie was delightful. They had several beers on tap, wine and cocktails. My friends ordered the M-43 sandwich (steak sandwich) and the chicken dinner. Both were very happy with their food as well. I love the laidback atmosphere and there are plenty of TVs around so I would love to come back and hang out when football season. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when making menu selections. Man, typing this up makes me want to go back again today! Kudos and welcome to town, Niko’s!

Great place in Williamston. The food, the atmosphere and service are all excellent! They have both Greek items and other choices on their menu for those who are not ready to try Greek food. But no matter what you order, you will not be disappointed. The food is excellent! Also, check out their nightly specials! This was our first time going, but we will definitely be back!

Doordash order. Food was decent. A little bummed no beets on salad. Lots of olives. Large portions. Greek fries were a hit with the kiddo. Good wings. We'll be back.

I loved everything about my experience at Nikos! If you could not tell by the name or color scheme of this tavern: it is Greek!

While I was able to explore the interior of the restaurant, I wanted to sit outside as the atmosphere was more what I am into. Their patio is beautiful and really made me feel a little bit of Greece! Their outdoor seating is surrounded by a beautiful little gate and tons of flowers! It was really a sweet little sight. They have plenty of seating outdoors for both smaller and larger parties and parking is always free!

As for the food, it was amazing! I ordered the Gyro plate. The Gyro plate comes with a portion of Gyro meat, a side of fries, and tzatziki. I am not a fan of Americanized ethnic food, so instead I asked for pita bread but took the waitresses recommendation to also add a Greek salad instead of the fries. For desert I ordered their Flourless Chocolate Cake.

The gyro meat was perfectly cut, seasoned, and portioned. The pita bread was fresh and not too thick - not the store bought pita bread I expected. The Greek side salad was the perfect portion for a second light meal, it was so good! My least favorite had to be the cake only because it left a bitter after taste, and I am more of a sweet desert type of person.

Everything I ordered was truly delicious and I absolutely recommend Nikos Taverna; I can't wait to go back!

Charming small town restaurant. Just eclectic enough to be charming without being pretentious. The food selection is Greek leaning with enough other options for all tastes. Food came out fresh and very tasty. Service was friendly and prompt. If I am passing through again I would definitely stop back again.

Wow!! I was so excited to try Nikos and was not disappointed. I got the chicken gyro with fries and it was delicious. Chicken was tender, tzatziki sauce was creamy and yummy, and the wrap was soft. Overall, delicious meal, and friendly staff. I’ll be back soon! Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.

I am glad to see them open this spot back up with a fresh new name, menu, and look. I had the gyro and Greek fries; both were excellent, and I am a huge gyro fan. Very cool to see this menu in Williamston. I liked the layout of the redone bar area with a great tv setup. I would honestly go here to watch a game. One other cool thing I have never seen before was on the receipt there is a QR code you can scan to pay from your phone using different techniques. My only complaint is Galaga cost 4 quarters. I will definitely be coming back to try more options and spend some time at the bar.
