I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews. The place is not that. It’s a DC so the expectations should be based on that. Yes, the check in line is a bit long but moves fast. Once I checked in, they gave me a door and started unloading right away. In all, it took two hours. Very good for DC.also, very respectful staff at the check in.

The light turns red immediately and unloading starts as soon as you park the truck at the door. And you can get your check in done here 2 hours ago, as I also got it done 2 hours ago. Along with this they also gave me a dock

First time delivering here; . I had a 2am appointment. Arrived at 10:45 pm checked in w receiving at 11. Called me with dock number at 11:10. They start unloading as soon as you bump the dock. My lumper fee was $48. Check in early, avoid the long lines. Busy hours are 12-4am. Good luck

They instantly gave him a dock and started loading.

Appt 23:00, checked in at 22:10, assigned a door immediately, empty by 22:30, called for bills shortly before midnight, paid lumper $89.25 and I’m out of here. No complains at all.

Checked in 4 hours prior, unloading and paper work took 2 hours from appointment time. NO PARKING OVERNIGHT. Parking available right across at MOBIL for $10 or $20 in store shopping. Separate parking lot right behind the store.

Quick unload times and once you pay your lumper fee (if this applies to your load), I’ve never been left waiting more than an hour for my paperwork.
I’m usually in and out within 2 hours or less. (From the time I check in at the guard shack to the time I’m checking out at the guard shack)

Not bad at all always there is a line waiting so plan to be 30 min earlier. Good luck

Knowledgable staff and good people here. We do pallet rework and get calls from time to time from drivers delivering to Aldi that had shifted pallets or collapsed pallets. I see a lot of bad reviews but from what we see, they try to unload what they can and only reject when stuff is really unsafe to offload or will take them half a night.

Strive to arrive 1hr before apt in this facility, otherwise be prepared to wait more than 4 hours. I was In & out under 2 hours.. also, pay that lumper fee as quick as possible. Wait about an hour afterwards, if you do not receive a phone call about paperwork being ready. Walk up to the building again and ask for status, they will tell you to wait for the call as stated earlier, just play it stupid that you forgot. Be courteous of course, they have enough stress as is. The method worked for me, and I was out under 2 hours, because shortly after I asked for status, as soon as I got to the truck I get the phone call 😅.

I usually go in one hour early for my appointment. I most often get assigned a door at the gate. As with produce, they inspect and count carefully. I am out in a couple of hours. No sleeping on the property.

Great people at guard shack they was super nice told me everything that I needed to know the lumper service is probably the best that I have ever had to deal with they was very friendly and greeted everyone with a smile

2am appointment checked in at 1am done by 2:30am. Very respectful ladies at the check in gate and receiving office . Maybe I got lucky but they seem very organized. Truck stop across the street charges $10 to park and in my opinion is worth it.

First time deliver this facility, I check in 10:40 pm on 10/22/23 . My appointment date and time is 02:00 on 10/23/23 and guard they give me a door right away . I never expected that accept me , this is cool.

I love this place..
Yes they have silly rules.
But as far as a place to deliver to .
There fair, Mostly friendly..
I mean they deal with Truck drivers that have been lied to by Dispatch & Brokers spent alot of time getting there..
So there dealing with people that have a chip on there shoulder when they arrive..
Yet Manage to keep it very professional, efficient and make it a good experience... That says alot about a grocery warehouse.
There is no on site parking When your empty..

They give you door right away don’t matter what time is your appointment and once you pay lumper fee they start unloading you immediately

Once u get in ur door it on, not long at all!
