5 Stars are not enough to rate what an excellent establishment Auto Repair Mom really is. This shop exemplifies quality work, friendliness, transparency, fair pricing, and most importantly, honesty. I was a regular customer at a different mechanic shop but came here for a second opinion for a repair that I questioned, and I am so glad I did. Auto Repair Mom took a look at a perceived computer issue that would have cost me almost $1,000 and said that it was most likely a sensor that would be around $200. Here's where the integrity and honesty come in.....Once they received the sensor and got my car up on the lift to install it, Max came out and said, that after getting a closer look, he felt that the issue might actually be a cracked plastic fitting near the sensor instead of the sensor. He stated that to replace the fitting would be over $100 cheaper than the sensor, so he wanted to try that first. The plastic fitting replacement worked perfectly, and was cheaper than the sensor, and in a completely different monetary ballpark than the fix suggested by my prior mechanic shop. That my friends, is honesty and integrity, qualities not often found in businesses these days. This is just one example since I've been going here and there have been more. I bring all of my family's cars here and I've recommended Bailey and her excellent shop to friends that all share the same sentiment as I do. If you are looking for a mechanic, it doesn't get better than here.

It's overwhelming how refreshing it is these days to work with folks whom are straightforward and honest. Had $3,400 worth of repairs done to my wife's daily truck with 243,000 miles. Timing chains, guides, plugs, coil packs, water pump and various other things. Big job that I did not have the time to undertake in my small shop. This was quoted to me for twice and three times the price at other places. He showed me all the parts that were replaced. I am impressed with the work warranty as well. I'm glad I drove an hour from home to take a chance on them. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

I called Auto Repair Mom late afternoon yesterday about a possible alternator issue on my teen sister's car. They were able to squeeze her in same day to drop it off and looked at it today. On the call yesterday, they were so transparent with pricing even before we dropped off her car and were patient enough to talk through the options! Early this morning I received a call from Bailey who had already taken a look at the car. Turns out there was nothing major wrong with the car and they didn't even charge my sister for their time to diagnose it. Now I know this isn't always guaranteed, but how awesome is this experience! Not only were they quick to get the car in, they were also patient and communicative and above all honest and not looking to nickel and dime her. This is so refreshing. We are so grateful. Oh I should add that the waiting room is also clean and set up to accommodate kids while you wait. Not only did they gain my teen sister as a customer, but I'll be going there too going forward. Such a great experience. Thank you!

Honest! I was worried about my alternator and when they checked my car, they found no known issue. They did say it could be fuel pump but until it goes bad, they wouldn't know. Which is understandable. I appreciated that they were able to see me right away and that they didn't try to "find" something wrong. No charge for their time either. When I do need a repair, I will definitely go back.

Had our car towed from the Charlotte Airport to Auto Repair Mom’s shop. They informed us when the car arrived at their shop and their communication during the entire repair process was top notch. Repaired our car in a quick and efficient manor at the best price around. Highly recommend this auto repair shop, and I will take all my business here in the future.

I came here on recommendation of a friend, and I’m glad I did! Very clean, organized, and easy process, and especially helpful when I had questions on my own maintenance for my car. I got the front brakes replaced for an affordable price, and it was a good experience overall. I just wish I lived closer so that they could be my go-to!

Amazing place, amazing people, and they go out of their way to make sure the problem is fixed! I’ve gone to 2 other shops who told me my vehicle would have to be serviced at the dealership (clogged sun roof drain lines), but I cannot stand being treated incompetent or talked into additional services so I started asking around for local shops who could actually help. Not only did they fix the problem, but they made sure that was really the problem and that it was really fixed, and I really appreciate being thorough. I will def bring my vehicle back for all service needs!! 10/10

We had a labor intensive / expensive repair needed for an older Ford Edge, which Auto Repair Mom diagnosed and then quoted us an incredibly fair price. The repair was quickly completed and well done. The level of service we received was above and beyond what I’ve experienced anywhere else, but what was particularly notable was how kind and thorough everyone was at each step. Thank you!

My family and I just started going here, and all I can say is wow! They now have lifelong customers. Not only are they friendly with all of their customers, and their work is phenomenal, but they were able to squeeze me in the same day. The drive there was the only wait I had. I cannot say enough good things about them; from their honesty and quality of work, everything is immaculate. They are easy to talk to, and understanding of car emergencies. I cannot recommend them more.

Look no further if you want an auto repair shop that provides thorough, honest and friendly service. This is, by far, the cleanest repair shop I’ve ever visited. Joe, the sales manager took time to fully explain what needed to be done. The price was very fair, and the work was done promptly. We will definitely be returning to Auto Repair Mom!

HONEST MECHANIC! Excellent service and extremely fair pricing. I stopped at a franchise place (think Mavis, Firestone, etc.) last week to have a tire plugged and they tried to sell me a brake job while I was there. Didn't feel right so I declined. I came to Auto Repair Mom and they told me I was good for at least another 5k - 10k miles. AND when they do the brakes later this year, their price is about 20% less than the other place! If you aren't using Auto Repair Mom for your ride then you are messing up.

I loved this place, the first time I came and it was a good experience, all super friendly, I really liked that they were honest in what I really needed my car, without taking advantage of the little knowledge I have about cars. The place is super clean and nice; super recommended and I will do more services of my car again. Fair prices for the job.

Having a great doctor and a great mechanic are vital in life. Needless to say car issues can be extremely frustrating. I was on goggle probably like everyone else searching great mechanic in my area. I could not believe my eyes when "Auto Repair Mom" popped up. Wait "MOM" as in "WOMAN" as in "WOMAN MECHANIC". Oh wow, GiRL POWER!!! I was very excited! After reading the reviews I made an appointment immediately. I had to see this for myself. The shop is super cute with purple decor. The team at auto repair mom are professional, hospitable, aim to provide exceptional work with integrity and are customer focused. They go above and beyond. So give them a try. You may just find your forever mechanic like I did!

Auto Repair Mom goes above and beyond. The Check engine light came on in my wife’s car so we researched where we could take it locally to have it looked at.
