The store overall on 149th and maple was a pleasure aside from the thermostat not working. Had the pleasure of meeting Ellie, she is an ideal person for customer satisfaction. If I could give more than 5 stars sure would. Ellie didn't make me feel any kind of way besides good and well taken care and informed as a customer in my phone exchange process. Kudos to the store on great training from their management and great service from the employees. Thank you for making this more satisfying than negative for me. Hopefully all Omaha store will mimic or replicate the level of sophistication and professionalism that this store emits. Thank you again.

The guy who helped me wasn’t wearing a name tag so not sure who to give credit to, but I’d been putting off the trip for weeks because I’d been dreading it. I was so pleasantly surprised! He didn’t try to upsell me anything, helped me get exactly what I asked for, and was very clear about the pricing. The store didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock, but he easily ordered it online for me, to be shipped to my house. I had a great, easy experience and will definitely come back to this store specifically whenever I need anything!

My wife and I came over after being virtually robbed by Verizon. Randall took care of us to make us feel like T Mobile didn't just want our money, but wanted to make sure we were taken care of. He gave us multiple options until one fit our budget. He could hold a conversation, leveled with us when needed, and operated at a high level of professional customer service. I had issues with other sprint stores and a problem trying to upgrade a phone at Nebraska furniture mart so I came to this location for the first time and they fixed the issue so quickly. I want to take the time and share a great experience. After visiting a Corporate Store in Omaha and having the run around. We stopped at this store and had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE from the moment we opened the door. They all greeted us and made us feel we had their undivided attention. Jessica is a great representative of your company. She also was training someone new and doing a wonderful job. At the end of out visit we ended up with an upgrade to the new Iphone11 ProMax , a case, a pop socket and Jessica took the time and put on a great screen protector. And best of all the had very clean bathrooms available to the customers!!!! Thank you all for a wonderful experience! Next time we visit your state we will stop by again.

Great experience at this Sprint location yesterday! Angela and Jasmin were very kind and patient as I asked questions about my bill and our family plan. They were not able to make all of the changes in store, but explained everything to me and provided me with the number to call Customer Services.
