Burger King

Great service! We ordered inside the store. Our cashier, Frank, was very charismatic and had our food out in less than a minute of the order. We came at lunch time and were surprised to receive such prompt service. The food was well-made and the order was correct. All in all a great experience.

Despite there being a snow storm, the location was fully staffed. The young man at the window was polite and quick and it seemed as though the whole staff was having a great time together. 10/10 experience!

I gotta say this is the first time in a very long time I have had delicious fast food. My son wanted something and I was skeptical because in the past other places have given us cold disgusting food but we tried again. The fries and onion rings were cold and obviously sitting awhile but the sandwiches were absolutely delicious. We got the new chicken sandwiches and you can tell they just were made. It actually burned your mouth (in a good way that I love)

Real fast and on time and made my food fresh and hot and on time!

I have lived in this area now 10 years. I have five children and we have frequent this restaurant for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I don't know about the others who gave a review but our experience has been much different. The customer service is second to none, our meals are prepared timely, and our wait is as equally timely. The food is served fresh and hot. The dining area is always cleaned. Employees at this Burger King are friendly and kind always. Keep up the good work.

I went there the next day after an online order when went away for some unknown reason the night before. The manager was pleasant, cordial, and willing to help me in any way he could. My replacement order was delicious!

I work nearby and stop by maybe twice a month for lunch. Never had a bad experience. Usually young kids working the drive thru and they've all been pretty nice (and I've been coming here since 2008). So, shout out to the Coatesville BK, your staff has always been pleasant and my orders are always on point. Thank you!

I got lunch today, a number one, (Whopper). And let me tell you, ever sense the remodel I see new faces and this place has done a whole 360! Best service I've ever had at this Burger King. Also, my sandwich was made perfectly. It wasn't smashed, it was perfect and exactly how I asked for it to be made. The young man at the drive thru window today made my experience even better. Great service, great employees.!

There is no Burger King's near me. The ride was worth the Impossible Whopper. No other fast food restaurants have vegan menus. The fries are awesome too. We had a Burger King in Thorndale, but it has been closed for years. I wish theyv would open another soon.

Best fast food customer service we have experienced in a long long time! Even the employee who was on her break got up to gelp her coworkers when they got busy! A night and day difference from our last few visits to McDonald's, which we will not be returning to as they like to use vulgar and bad language in front of our 4 year old. Keep up the good work BK Team!!!!!!

My son loves these burgers. I had not had a Whopper in 20+ years and could not believe how good it was. Also, how inexpensive. I even convinced my wife to go with me to try a Whopper for the first time!

I ordered a whopper with no pickles and ended up with no lettuce, no tomatoes, or onions...😡😡😡😡

Even though the lines were long (thanks Covid-19🤪🙄), they moved quickly, still gave service with a smile, order was correct, great price, great portions... no complaints. 😁

The BEST burgers! Buffalo chicken wrap was good, really HOT!

Good quick service. Not crowded, cheap especially when you use a coupon. Coffee is ok. You have the dinning room to yourself.

The atmosphere was so warm, Christmas decorations and lively Christmas music and the people behind the counter were very kind and helpful. I would definitely return.

The cleanest Burger King I was ever in. Friendly staff and the typical BK flavors. New ghost pepper nuggets are good and spicy.

Anytime i get a 20 piece nugget i get SIX sauses, its great. And people complaining about waits, most of the time it's some rude nit picky customer just holding everything up because they have a miserable life
