So glad we tried this place out. The menu is small but varied, and there were lots of specials. The service was fantastic, and the server boxed up our leftovers for us (according to my husband, boxing leftovers is what separates a good restaurant from a great restaurant). The chef came out to ask how the food was and chatted with us, the server was very personable, it felt like we were dining with friends. A little pricey, but worth it. I hope that they thrive in Coatesville, we'll be back to support them, for sure.

Walking in I was greeted by a friendly bartender who, when prompted with “red, dry,” recommended a Malbec, which turned out to be an enjoyable glass. We were there for a party of about 18 people, and we were allotted a large space with high top tables for mingling and a long table for our meal. We were promptly brought appetizers which were interesting, diverse, and tasty. We sat, made our selections, and ordered. The food came out over a period of about 20 minutes, which wasn’t ideal, but I understand they were down a chef due to illness that night. I got the shrimp po boy which was served on ciabatta with a side of corn tortilla chips. The chips were verging on too salted, and they would have made more sense if they had come with something to dip them in. The po boy was good, but between the ciabatta and the salty chips, the dish was on the dry side. They were out of the crème brûlée which was disappointing, but I got the chocolate lava cake which came with two scoops of ice cream. Yum! Dessert was fantastic. Overall it was a great experience, and I’d go again. It wasn’t perfect, but the staff was really friendly which set a good vibe. The architecture is cool, too. It’s the old Coatesville Cultural Society building, and you can tell they are being careful to maintain the ambiance while fixing it up and making it restaurant-shaped.

I went with my friend for an early dinner, first time dining there and it was above my expectations I have to say, Our server was a delight very attentive and super nice helping with making food selections since I very indecisive when it comes to ordering but she was great I had the short rib with mash potatoes and asparagus and it was absolutely amazing the rib was so delicious and every bite was just flavor madness. The mash potatoes and asparagus were cooked to perfection all together everything was so good I was scrapping the plate to have every last morsel.

This restaurant is part of a mission to resurrect the City of Coatesville to its former glory. A very nice place, interesting menu, nice bar, but a few kinks in service. As they progress, things will improve. It's just nice to have a high scale restaurant on Lincoln Highway.

We were excited to hear and have dinner at yet another new restaurant in Coatesville. I had the bone in pork chop which was delicious!!! The “Best” I’ve ever had. My husband had the salmon which he enjoyed as well! All in all a very impressive dinner!!! Can’t wait for the grand opening and will be dining there monthly for sure.

I got the chicken sandwich which was good, the chicken entree comes with the hot sauce which should be offered as an option or as a side for the chicken sandwich. We enjoyed the dining area which offered large windows, natural light and a front row seat to the action on the street.

I went there for the brunch this morning. I got the chicken and waffles, it was great. The waffle was cooked perfectly, chicken was crispy, fresh breaded and had a hint of spice in the seasoning. Just a subtle touch of spice. Everyone else loved their food too. Nice old building, very clean, nice atmosphere. Also it wasn't too busy, food came out fast as well.

Everything from the drinks to dessert, including the service, was incredible! Our favorite was the juicy and flavorful Duroc pork.

What a great place for a nice, leisurely meal. Our server was so nice. Drinks & appetizers came out very fast & were delicious. Our meals were fantastic. Spice fried chicken with their gut busting Mac & cheese was awesome. We'll definitely be going back & bringing friends!

Our waitress, Sierra, was friendly and knowledgeable. She told us the special of the day and checked on us throughout the meal without being intrusive. Our meals were reasonable in size. My friend even took some home. My hamburger was delicious! Sierra did not no hesitate to offer a replacement for the fries. My friend was very happy with her meal, too. The atmosphere is clean, cozy, and welcoming. The decor is modern. And the price is right. Come soon and support a good local restaurant.

Firstly, I would like to acknowledge the work done on the building to create a really nice dining experience!

Secondly, YOU NEED TO TRY THIS PLACE! The food was amazing! You can tell that they put a lot of care into the dishes that are being prepared. Even the drinks were fresh. The watermelon in the cosmo was able to be tasted throughout every sip. It was incredibly refreshing. My father got the iron Eagle drink, and though I’m not a big fan of bourbon, it was still wonderful.

And lastly, our waitress did a great job trying to answer all of our questions about the menu and was attentive to myself and my father.

Make sure you support your local businesses, this is definitely one to check out!

Loved our date night here! We had tempura shrimp, braised short rib, wild boar ragu, and salted caramel bread pudding. Every bit of our meal was fantastic!!! Chef Cameron was on the floor the entire time, introducing himself, making sure plates were prepared correctly snd talking with customer. Server was young and maybe not super experienced but he was very attentive and friendly. Bar tender was equally as attentive and friendly. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves. Excited to come back again!

Took my girlfriend here. Happy to see this area mature. Food, service, and atmosphere were all wonderful. It’s much larger than it looks and they have a patio area opening soon.
Some riffraff straggled in, but didn’t bother us.
We sat at the bar and enjoyed the company of our fellow patrons and the rookie bartender. Would advise.

Just had our first (of many, I'm sure) meal at The Iron Eagle and it was wonderful! Thoughtful, creative cocktails, delicious starters made to share, incredible main courses (the pork chop is divine, order it!) and we tried both the creme brulee and the layered brownie a la mode for dessert. I'm still trying to decide which I loved more. The chef uses only fresh local produce and local, high-quality meats (grass-fed, pasture-raised, heirloom, you get the picture) and it really shows in the superb flavors and textures. We are so lucky to have this establishment in Coatesville!
