Super authentic cute little Spanish American restaurant. Loved the balcony overlooking the mall, super tasty tapas and the sangria !!! Bellissimo. Highly recommend

constant menu changes I was told, I look forward to my next meal I enjoy here in a few weeks.

Was here in Boulder for vacation and dropped into Gemini initially just for a cocktail; decided to stay for dinne at the bar. I had the Grand Pepino (a little short but delicious) and Cauliflower Steak (amazing). Service was great and the atmosphere was very inviting. Right on Pearl Street

Cozy spot with Spanish tapas and entrees. The seafood paella with black rice was delicious. The mushroom appetizer was amazing. The pork tenderloin was shaved brussel sprouts and apples was very generous. Sangria and several flavors and they offer tasting samples.

We loved Gemini and it has a lively atmosphere. We loved the different blends of Margaritas (we loved the Elderflower) and it’s modern spin.

All the tapas we tasted had a little bit of a different to its traditional counterparts. We kept wondering what how our palate will be surprised with each dish.

I found Gemini when looking for a nice place for a business lunch with colleagues from out of the country. Gemini did not disappoint, the food and the atmosphere were exceptional. The tapas were a great way to start the meal, and the balance of vegetarian and omnivore options on the menu served everyone in our party well. Everything we ordered was excellent, compliments to the chef! We sat in the center of the conservatory where the light and view of of the Pearl St. Mall created a very pleasant ambiance.

12/10 cocktails. Look for Amy behind the bar. Have never been dissapointed by a drink here. Premium drinks / premium service, with some friendly sass. ;)

What a great restaurant! Service was wonderful, food was delicious and we enjoyed ourselves. We split a pitcher of white sangria (citrusy and refreshing). We got several tapas and our favorite was the Muhammara dip and the meatballs. Great tapas and what an amazing experience.

Gemini has quickly become my new favorite place to eat and relax in Boulder. It’s a great spot to decompress with a glass of wine and a plate or two for a solo date, but I have also been slowly bringing all of my closest friends here and they have all loved it. The lighting and atmosphere is super chill and the food is so so good. Always get the meatballs and patatas bravas, but the salads are also super yummy and the wine list is great. Unsure of her name, but the woman with short blonde hair is always extremely accommodating and super kind. Great people, great food, great vibes.

Stopped by for the happy hour and everything was lovely, especially the pink sangria!

Loved the food, the Heirloom Tomato Carpaccio was delicious. The Champiñones had a perfectly cooked egg yolk with roasted mushrooms. The Patatas Bravas and Pan Con Tomate dishes were really good too. All the ingredients tasted very fresh and perfectly seasoned.

Amazing restaurant for Spanish tapas! Must have their red sangria for happy hour! Highly recommend, have the first one iced and ask for a second one hot for dessert! Yes, hot sangria perfect for cold weather. Have the prawns with black rice! Juicy and delicious. Their cheesecake was the bomb! Thank you for great service, atmosphere, drinks and food!

Delicious lunch! The red Sangria was excellent with subtle cinnamon and just enough alcohol. The meatballs were very tasty and the sauce was subtle and delicious. The croquettes were amazing! I wanted to order more. So crisp and delicate and cheesy. The short rib sandwich was very tasty but it had a lot of horse radish which overpowered the sandwich. It was such a gorgeous day so we were able to sit outside and people watch.

Our experience here was fantastic. Our server was excellent and really knew the place and the food. And the place itself was cute and well designed. We had the charcuterie board and shared 6 tapas and they were all wonderfully cooked. I also had each of the three sangrias and they were all delicious! Highly recommend!

Solid Spanish tapas and drinks. Good service and a nice bar. Can be a little pricey but happy hour is a good way to check it out.

Amazing place to gather friends and family for Tapas!
The cocktails are on par with some of the best bars in the country and we absolutely loved the experience and the food here!

We reserved the semi-private front room for a family dinner in late May. The Gemini team was extremely accommodating during this event. They were active in taking and delivering drink orders, they facilitated a delicious family style dinner, and they created the perfect space with a mixture of high top and lot top tables to support our family members across all ages. We love this place and we will be back! THANK YOU GEMINI TEAM!

Highly recommend Gemini to anyone looking for a good meal. We had the shishito peppers, meatballs, mussels, and potatas bravas and all were very good. The high point was absolutely our bartender. We sat at the bar, she was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, talkative, gave great recommendations and made the experience. I would certainly go back.

What a great place! Fantastic tapas right on Pearl Street. The food was superb and we loved the use of fresh local ingredients. Nice atmosphere - it was energetic but we were able to have a conversation as the noise was moderate. Cheers to the friendly, helpful, attentive staff.
