I recently purchased a half beef from St. Brigid’s Meadows and it was fantastic. I definitely recommend supporting this small business. I enjoyed my conversation with the new owners, Katelyn and Joe, as their passion for regenerative agriculture aligned well with my values for healthy food produced in a manner that is beneficial for the planet. I’m excited to see this farm grow under Katelyn and Joe’s ownership.

Katie was luck enough to win a free bird from St Brigids Meadows. We make local, organic and natural foods a priority for our family, so are accustomed to great quality foods. With that said, nothing could prepare us for the most beautiful & exquisite turkey we have ever prepared and eaten. At the root of every good dish are the ingredients - and St Brigids delivered us (quite literally actually) the freshest, most incredible organic turkey you could ask for!

I love this farm and it’s products. Extremely high quality and this only comes from the best animals. Sustainable farming is what originally caught my interest but I had to see it to believe it. I love knowing what I’m eating! We recently took the leap of buying half steer in bulk and we will never go back! Highly recommend checking them out.

Organic Pig? I was skeptical at first but holy cow! (Pig!) . Fantastic high quality pork. I got a half pig a few months back and have very little left. The pork chops might be the best I've ever had in my life. The ribs were so good I made myself sick from eating too much. Also..... Try the lamb! Big Thanks to Grant Mayer For the hook up!

Do you know what’s in your food? The level of transparency, honesty, and knowledge that goes into each product at St. Brigid’s Meadows is top notch! Couldn’t ask for anything more, you really can TASTE the difference!
