This trails are perfect for a weekend, it's a long way, I walked 4 hours

For Long Island, this is a pretty good MTB trail. Very easy compared to most trails in VT and out West. A little flowy, a little technical. Some sandy spots, but nothing impassable. Very few technical climbs that require skill, but there were some. A handful of fun downhill spots. Overall a great trail to just get out and ride on the East End. Not ideal for total beginners or people not at all interested in real mountain biking, but it's still a pretty damn easy trail.

Excellent trail for biking or hiking .Natural sandy terrain . hills curves and small slopes.

Nice 11 mile pedal through the woods. Pine needle covered, sandy, roots trail. Wanders through mostly pristine woods.
