Great company in taking care of its customers. I love my filtered drinking system in my kitchen due to today's unknown contaminants in our water. Recently, I had trouble with this filtered water system and it just took one call to get company personnel to take care of the problem in a professional and efficient manner.

Jason Alexander got me scheduled in and taken care of very promptly. I needed a UV water treatment system in a hurry to satisfy USDA requirements for a real estate purchase. Justin Yarnell performed the install and was very efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Jason also was kind enough to come by the following day to pull water samples and also drop them at the lab for testing. Jason went above and beyond to try to make sure my well water wouldn't be the cause of another closing extension. The Culligan products removed the bacteria from my water just as Jason said they would. Everything on their end fell in to place without a hitch and the Culligan products met their claims. I appreciate the delivery of salt to my home. The young men who delivered it even loaded it into my softener. This is a great benefit as I am getting too old to wrestle with 40 pound bags.

Mark Creighton really brought a sense of hometown love to this business. When we moved in, we needed a water softener and a water purification system. He came over, assessed our needs and made everything so easy. He even helped us carry our KING sized mattress upstairs so we would feel more at home in Martinsville. Not sure you’ll ever find another gem like him!!!

I love having my salt delivered right to my front door and if I need to make a change to the quantity or type of salt I can call even the day before and it is handled immediately!! Thanks for the superior service and keep up the good work!

I would recommend Culligan in Martinsville for all your hard water needs. They are professional, timely and their product stands above all others. The triple filtration system under our kitchen sink, gives us great tasting water for drinking and cooking. They even hooked up our refrigerator ice maker to the system giving us crystal clear cubes that last a long time keeping our drinks cold.

We had Culligan test our water from our pond. We were concerned because clay was coming through our pipes and causing a brown stain in our tub, sink and dish water. Also some of our towels were stained brown. We also had our water tested through another agency so we could get a good idea how to solve our brown water. They gave us a quote and we decided to implement their water system. At first we were still seeing brown and they immediately came out and checked the system. Time will tell and we definitely would recommend Culligan.

Jeff Owens, and other service guys are always courteous and friendly. Never track in messes, and always turn off the lights in the basement before they leave. Couldn't ask for better representatives of Culligan!
