Wendy's

Went there on my lunch break and waited a few minutes at the drive thru but it was definitely worth the wait. The young man at the window was incredibly nice. The burger was very flavorful, juicy, and the cheese was completely melted. 10/10 would go back again.

I stopped to get the biggy bag. For me, it's the best fast food deal out there. The amount of food that you get for the cost. I always get the bacon cheese burger, nuggets, fries, and unsweetened tea. Everything was hot. The folks that worked there were very helpful and had good customer service.

this review is specifically for the morning crew. the morning crew outshines any other time of the day. I've had some pretty mid experiences for lunch/dinner but the morning crew is so kind, so sweet, and so fast. the night crew needs to take example of their morning crew.

Great, efficient, speedy, friendly, and helpful employees. They are pleasant to you and they get the order correct as it is entered. It is clearly marked on the packaging. That is a big deal especially if you have 2 of the same item. Good job! Awesome service! Clean restaurant too!

Wife wanted food, I had to pickup. Considering my terrible mood, the inside was quiet and organized. The man at the counter informed of the status of my order and promptly called me up. Great service, great atmosphere.

I don't eat fast food!! BUT the adorable manger lady with the short hair has the most incredible customer service TOP NOTCH keep her give her a raise! When I'm in Hampton I'll always stop because of customer service

pretty decent location. ordered 2 of the pretzel Baconators, ended up with the regular ones instead. cashier was too busy conversing and rushed through the order as if our presence was an interruption. even though tge order was wrong, the food was still very good and the lobby was clean.

I really enjoyed my meal, and I let them know it too. The staff is very courteous and the meet their customers needs. I plan to visit again soon.

I tried the Maple bacon breakfast sandwich. Typically Im a BK croissant fan but I have to say...this sandwich has converted me with two words.
CRISPY BACON!!
The sandwich was crunchy and sweet and hot. The chicken...I prefer to an egg...was moist and had a nice crust. I will be returning🥰

Normally Wendy's would be my place to go to for lunch or dinner , but this is just awful. The lettuce was bad , bun is soggy , paper was water logged and tore as I was trying to open it. Fries were cold. It was part of a larger meal .

The morning crew is awesome! Every time I come in there is no wait and the food is fresh. They are always working hard and very friendly!

We had placed a mobile order May 31st that was incorrect. We called the location and Steven was more than polite and understanding. He immediately took down my husbands name and told us to come back whenever to rectify the order. We were in town and we called ahead to stop by and Steven remembered us calling. He gave us our meal on the house. He went above and beyond to make it right. We were astounded. Steven is definitely a great manager. I’m happy he took care of us.

Such a cool vibe....not they got a fireplace🔥...10/10. Great varity of seating options. Clean dining area. Staff worked well 2gether. 🥗was yummy😋. Restroom tidy papertowel dispenser was not dispensing.

Went here thinking it was lunch time, but they were still serving breakfast. Food was hot, accurate and the staff was very nice & welcoming. Ordered the honey butter chicken combo with fries, came up to $7 and change.

I love Wendy's and not because my name is wendy. I go here for food and the people are just wonderful and friendly.

I do believe this was the best Wendy's we have ever been to. We went through the drive thru. The man that took our order was very understandable and thorough. When we got to the window, we saw that he was not only taking the drive thru orders but also making drinks while he was taking the orders!!! Impressive. He even noticed our little puppy and said hello. He was definitely a multi tasker as well as a hard worker. Wish I would have caught his name. Now the food... it was delicious. I love the apple pecan salad. I never get 2 dressings and 2 pecan packages. One never seems like enough, but I make do. I was in heaven. 😆 seriously. Lol! We got plenty of napkins as well. My husband and I were traveling, so this made our day. Thanks to everyone at this Wendys!!! Great experience.

Late night dinner. The Staff was very nice & professional. Line was wrapped around the corner & they got that line down in a fast, at a steady pace. This is my go-to Wendy's.

Drive through for breakfast. Greeted pleasantly. Hot fresh breakfast. Real egg biscuit. Not processed. 2 for $3 deals

I love ordering on the kiosk. I don't feel rushed. I also loved that the guy assembling the chicken sandwiches immediately changed his gloves after touching the surface of the counter. I appreciate stuff like that. The wait was a bit longer than expected since it didn't seem that busy but the staff was so friendly that I didn't mind it all that much.
