McDonald's

The food was hot and made fresh. The service was very good. Young crew but they knew what they were doing. I would go to this McDonald's every time over the one on 18 near Artman elementary--that McDonald's sucks.
Restaurant was clean, floor was very slippery bc it was raining outside but they had put cones up and warning so we knew upon entering.

This was the first McDonald's where I used the app to order food. We arrived at the restaurant about 5 minutes after placing our order, and once we arrived we saw that they were EXTREMELY busy! The drive-thru was non-stop and people were going in and out of the restaurant the entire time we waited for our food. Because of that, it took about 12 minutes after we arrived to get our order, and the employee who brought it out to our car was very apologetic. I'm sure a lot of people would have been angry, but we have something called compassion and patience, so considering how busy they were, it was completely understandable. Our order was correct, the food was hot, and we were very satisfied! Also, the app was very easy to use and offered some great deals. Overall it was a great visit!

Good home cooked food. Prices and service are great! Sisters' meeting place & Aunt Patty worked there for 30 years.

The workers were fabulous. They were so nice. I've never been to a McDonald's that had such nice employees

The Manager, dealt with an issue on the spot, not once batting an eye or a shoulder scrug. Takes his job serious and fixed the issue immediately. More Mangers like him should be in all fast food restaurants. I didn't get his name, but was around noon at the location on N. Hermitage Rd in Hermitage. PA. The five stars is toward the Manger.

Line was wrapped around the building, they still got us our food quick and it was accurately made. We ordered a lot of food and as a former fast food worker I really appreciated it. 10/10 🔥🔥🔥

The morning shift is amazing my coffee is always hot stirred and when I order food it's hot the morning shift is so happy 😊 afternoon my coffee is luck warm and I don't always get what I ask for.

This was a great go to place for a fast meal. The food was hot and you could tell it had not been sitting under a warmer for a long period of time. I highly recommend our local McDonald's

I had to leave a review bc I see all these bad ones but I was out there doing a taxi ride and went to this McDonald’s just for donut stick and drinks and they made the donut sticks PERFECT. I get them almost every morning in liberty, Ohio and they either have a tiny bit of cin/sugar or (multiple times at least 5 different offers) no cin/sugar. I don’t understand why it’s so hard but this McDonald’s nailed it!!!

I was craving a quarter pound with cheese it was soo good and I got a large fry and a sprite the line moved so fast my food was hot my fries were full and salt on them so delicious

Clean, fast, and friendly!

This establishment always gets my order right and it's always fresh. Go to this McDonalds at least once a week, and each time I'm reminded of why it is that I go back. See you again soon.

There fast and the drive thru is open all night

It is McDonald's, the service was quick, the food was hot, and consistent with all of the other McDonalds. The pepermint latte they had was very good!

McDonald's continue to satisfy their customers. Simple menu and daily specials. All fast food restaurants should copy their philosophy.

I had a very good margarita. I enjoyed my meal also. I would recommend this place.

One of the best McDonalds in the area, the staff are very friendly and helpful and make sure your order is freshly prepared and everything is perfect.
