The service is always excellent and exceptional.
The staff at the Hermitage Pa office show they care about their customers, no matter how big or small the issue is. My representative name was Cody and the branch manager name was Bill. Excellent service. I will send my church members and family members to AT&T because of the positive experience.

EVERY time I come to this AT&T in Hermitage I'm always treated right! This time was no different. There was an issue with my trade in device and Dylan and the manager Bill went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, treated right and everything was perfect before I left. I recommend everyone to go see these guys! They're the best! If I could give more stars than 5 I would! I'll definitely be back here!

I had Bill. I just wanted to say that I accidentally left him a bad review and I didn't mean to. He was amazing. He answered all my questions. He took the time with me and got me a great promotion. He helped fix the issue with my phone number. He wasn't rude with me once despite all the bad luck I was bringing to the table. N I have an excellent phone. Thank u Bill. Ure awesome.

Great experience with Joe! Got my new phone and added an Apple Watch too! Would recommend coming to the Hermitage store! The wait was well worth it… even got me on a better plan and saved money!

We were helped by Joe with assistance from Brian. Joe took his time and patiently answered all of our questions. We were switching over 3 lines from another carrier. The process was long and frustrating since there were complications with the other carrier. We were there past closing hours but Joe and Brian never let us feel rushed. They assisted us until they made sure that all of our phones were working properly. Overall, it was a great experience!

We have worked with Joe and Steve alot over the years they where able to help us with all our needs this time we got new smart watches and there where able to save money on home internet by switching. We have sent many family members to they and they have been awesome with all of them.

We were in recently to switch to atnt from another company. It was a long lengthy process but Joe made it as enjoyable as possible. He was so helpful and all the staff were amazing with understanding my kids boredom and needing to move around and play in the store. He also went above and beyond by looking up things we could do to save some money on new phones.

Joe and Bill made my experience at AT&T fantastic! The upgraded our phones and got us new watches too! If anyone wants an incredible and professional experience, go see those guys in Hermitage!

We had a great experience at Hermitage AT&T. My wife and I delt with Joe and Bill. Both were extremely knowledgeable about the new Samsung phones. We set up 3 phones, and bought accessories.100% are satisfied with our service and will be back in the future!

I had a big screw up with fraud on the account. I went to this AT&T and Joe helped me and was absolutely amazing. It took forever to get my phone working again, but we toughed through and he got it up and going. I appreciate it so much. Man needs a raise!

Went in on Saturday after thanksgiving with few issues he immediately addressed them made them right and left satisfied these days that's hard to find took time with me corrected issue and made me feel like i mattered and my issue did even more I highly recommend this store and employees I don't do that often but i surely will for this instance couldn't be happier and my family the phones and service
