Jimmy John's

Ordered ahead for a late dinner after my daughter’s soccer game. Everything was ready on time, and everything was accurate and neatly packed. Staff was very kind and polite, always a plus for our family of 6! Great dinner after an evening game :-)

Whoever the girl at the drive thru window was on 8/6/24 at 5pm deserves a raise. She was polite, had good energy and a bright smile. Her attitude infected my mood and made my day better so thanks to whoever you are!

The sandwiches seem much smaller but they taste as good as ever. I got a 6" beef with mayo and a medium soda, it was $10. No cheese, but I forgot to ask for it.

I was in the area for work and decided to get a sandwich for lunch later. I arrived at 10:15, unaware the store opens at 10:30. Disappointed in myself, I was walking away when the a gentleman opened the door and invited me inside, saying it was no problem at all to take my order. I feel that this act alone is enough to warrant a perfect review from me, but on top of all of that, the sandwich was phenomenal and although I got it to go, I love the look and feel of this restaurant and between the impeccable service, delicious food, and cozy atmosphere, I would be more than happy to come back any time.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Taylor at Jimmy John's, and I must say, she is the epitome of the perfect employee. From the moment I walked in, her welcoming smile and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home.

Taylor's attention to detail and efficiency were truly impressive. Despite the fast-paced nature of the restaurant, she handled every order with precision and a positive attitude. It's clear that she takes pride in her work, ensuring that each customer receives their meal promptly and with a smile.

My overall experience was elevated by Taylor's exceptional service. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was accurate and delivered with speed. Taylor's dedication to providing outstanding customer service did not go unnoticed, and it made my visit to Jimmy John's truly enjoyable. With such a positive experience, I will definitely be coming back. Kudos to Taylor for making my visit memorable!

I love, love, love Jimmy Johns for it's delicious subs - especially the #10! Their bread smells and tastes wonderful.

Excellent service! We went through the drive-thru on a Saturday during lunch time. They made a mistake on a sandwich and when I went in to get a replacement, they immediately made me a new sandwich. It was very quick, everyone was very friendly, the food was great!

Much better when I went this time. I really feel the speaker outside needs to be fixed because it was difficult hearing the other person. The sandwich was wonderful!

Jimmy John's is my favorite place to get subs and sandwiches. They have so many options, but I always get the #9, which is sooo good. They even have gluten free options, wrapping your sandwich in lettuce instead of packing it into a bun.

This is my favorite Jimmy John's store in the Omaha area. Bread is always fresh, and they have not messed up my order ever. I can't say this for some other locations. I always drive a bit of extra distance to order here, if I have the time. My family agrees! Give it a try today!

After checking with several sub establishments Jimmie John's was the only ones willing to cater a business lunch of 30 and deliver! The subs were good, great presentation, on time delivery, and awesome customer service. Good JOB to the Elkhorn, NE JJ's!

Sandwich was well created, not sloppy at all and good portions of everything (including mo excessive lettuce!). Lived up to the freaky fast name, handed me my sandwich with returning my credit card in the drive thru.

I went here two days in a row for the friendly staff and that delicious Thai chicken wrap. So good! 10 out of 10 would recommend both the store and that wrap

Nice friendly staff. I ordered a BLT and wanted to add Turkey. The employee helping me suggested that I get their standard Turkey sandwich and add bacon to it, this saved me quite a bit on my sandwich. Their kicken ranch spread is a must have!

This location is great and always super nice. I went though drive thru today and they forgot my pickle and my receipt, so there was no way to even tell if they charged me for it. I called and asked if they could bring me a pickle by on their next delivery and they did! Not only that, but Morgaine sent a cookie with it! I wasn't expecting that and it made my day! Thanks JJ's and Morgaine.

I work near there and use their delivery all the time. There was an issue with my order that may have been partially my fault, but they corrected it and were fast about it. I love this store, they're awesome!

Great location , never too packed which is nice when I’m in a rush from classes at Metro or picking up kids after school . I love being able to get certain deals here with promos from the app .

Can't go wrong with JJ's. Quality no matter which shop you go to and this one was no different. Fresh and quick and per usual.

They were very busy at lunchtime, but the service was fast & efficient.
