Just wanted to give a big thanks to the young man who was working at 2:30 0n Thursday May 16th. My mom and I came in for a treat. My mom likes her Sundae made with chocolate and vanilla ice cream a then likes half caramel and half hot fudge. She takes forever to order. The young gentleman was so patient and made it just the way she loves it. I know sometimes the younger generation gets some flak for their work ethic nowadays but this guy was so polite, patient and friendly. I wish I would have gotten his name. Great job and a great big thanks 👍

I was just in there and they made me a custom drumstick blizzard and it was awesome. Everyone was so nice. Worthington DQ is classic!

I've been going here more years than most people have been alive. The building is beginning to show its age, but the food and dairy desserts are excellent. The staff was friendly and hard working. Very efficient and worked well together as a team.

Victoria is such a pleasant worker! I’ve been to a lot of DQ’s in my life, but never one quite like this. The food was IMMACULATE, as well as the service. Ms Victoria is most definitely the mvp

It is dairy Queen, this is not high-end food, it is not expensive, it's a nice tasty treat for me.

Prices are good, the service has always been good, and it's usually in and out.

Dislocation is very neighborhood friendly and it shows based on who is there and the neighborhood things that happened there.

I've only really had their ice cream so that's all I can comment on. I usually get a soft served vanilla cone dipped in chocolate. My celiac daughter that is able to have theory usually gets a blizzard.

For the family members who cannot have dairy they have something for them too... Dilly bars.

One of the best Dairy Queens. Outside tables with umbrellas and a mist canopy to cool you. Great view of the Orange Johnson house. My favorite DQ.

Super cute little building! Opened at 10AM so we were able to get a last-minute ice cream cake for a party.

It's a small shop in Worthington. Pretty pick up and roll out. That crew works hard. So cut them some slack if there busy. Your not the only one wanting a cherry chocolate chip blizzard 😋

I recently [2-14-2023] walked past the Dairy Queen at 920 High St. in the "Old Worthington" neighborhood of Columbus.

Moments earlier, I had eaten at a different restaurant across the street so I had not considered eating there; however, I had seen the opportunity for a beautiful nighttime photograph of that Dairy Queen.

So I briefly stopped, took several nighttime photographs, and then continued to my next destination.

For many years, I had been an active member of the Columbus Chapter of American Youth Hostels, a bicycling group that is now known as Columbus Outdoor Pursuits.

Also for many years, that bicycling group would often begin its "group rides" [if those rides had been heading towards Delaware County] at the "Worthington Dairy Queen."

While never exactly at the "northern edge" of Worthington, it would not have taken very much bicycling – back then -- towards the north from the "Worthington Dairy Queen" -- for those bicycle riders to reach "open country."

There is now very little "open county" in southern Delaware County so I cannot imagine that that bicycling group now begins and ends its rides at the "Worthington Dairy Queen."

I am glad that I have now visited the "Worthington Dairy Queen" for the first time.

I quite liked this place. It is a bit retro with outdoor seating only, walkup window, small standing room only lobby, and no drive thru. This place is not trying to hide its icecream and concession stand origin. Even the prices were a little retro and less than the fancier locations. It gave me a nice mom & pop shop feel and no artificial upscale pretentiousness. When I walked out with my order it felt like the money I spent was actually paying for the food and the service to prepare it for me without a large bloated price markup for the "Dairy Queen" brand name. That feeling of getting value for my money made my meal even more enjoyable. I feel this place is a good find and I will definitely return.

Best dq in town! Karmen who works there is the nicest and most happiest person ever. Me and my work buddy's go in there just cause she brings light to our day, the blizzards help too!

Classic dairy queen! Great foot long hot dogs with sauce & cheese. Chunky hot French fries and thick shakes. Can get busy but staff mives pretty quivk. Picnic tables outside are the only "eat in " options.

This place is just iconic! The best! I mean, who doesn’t love some soft serve ice cream to bring you right back to the nostalgic days of summer?

Highly recommend this place. Ron, the owner, gives to the local Worthington community and schools. He also employs high school students and young adults to support their first job experience.

Can’t miss the great sign in High St! Stop in for a refreshing DQ treat!

A small Dairy Queen with a very friendly staff, great ice cream, and hot chicken strips with fries. It was my first time here and I showed up right at 10am, they opened right on time and had everything ready to go. I will definitely be returning in the future. Great place.

I asked for "as much cheesecake as your soul will allow you to give me" and my blizzard had so much cheesecake I couldn't get my spoon through the bottom layer because it was so thick. 10/10

Everyone here was extremely helpful and efficient! The entire staff seemed to be under 20 but everyone took their jobs seriously and I was extremely proud of them! I got a ice cream cake
for my Dad’s Birthday party I was running late for. They quickly wrote a message and I was on my way. Thank you!

Love this place :)
They’ve got kind people who work there, good food/ice cream, and it’s a small little place that bring back good memories. It’s an older building but that’s what makes it so great. Very nostalgic!

I really like this Dairy Queen store. Reminds me of the one we used to visit every week in Euclid,Ohio. They are always busy and specialize in ice cream cones and ice cream specialities. They do a good job with social distancing. Very convenient location just north of Old Worthington right on High Street.
