Jack in the Box

I usually always get two tacos, a medium fry, and small drink. The lady at the register (my receipt only says R as the name, but she was cute with, I think, clear glasses) informed me that the three taco combo would be cheaper. I’ve been going to Jack’s all over and not once has any other employee offered me that. I didn’t even know there was a taco combo! It makes sense when I think about it, though. Anyway, her service made me very happy!

I walked in at a pretty off hour (for me at least) maybe 3 in the morning, ordered a few meal items and it was made fresh right there, no complaints, thanks again

Ordered thru Uber Eats. Jumbo jack w/cheese was good & had 3 egg rolls which were very good & tasty (but sweet/sour sauce was not included. This is 3rd time I order the egg rolls & no sauce is included. When making the selections of food on Uber Eats from Jack In The Box only shows mustard, ketchup, etc. to choose from NO sweet&sour sauce is listed. Please add that category to the selections area please. Thanks

Kind of shocked by these reviews. I’ve never had an issue- the guy at the drive thru , sorry I forgot to ask your name! He was so nice and totally made my day. I love their shakes.

I didn’t dine in. Service was quick and you can’t go wrong with Jack in Box tacos.

The staff here is really really patient and courteous. It seems like there's an abundance of really rude customers but the staff really shows professionalism when dealing with the issues presented to them. Fast service, our orders are always made correctly and taste delicious. I only give atmosphere 4 stars because the store is a bit run down inside, due to wear and tear, not to dirtiness or negligence. It's just a high traffic store and shows signs of that. But the staff and the food are top notch!

I love eating the Tacos... I drive for Lyft and have to keep the cost of eating down and for $1.90 it helps.. and a supreme sandwich.... Don't know how to cressaunt lolol

Ordered some tiny tacos today , it was freshly made . Hot an crunchy , just the way I like it. An more over , restaurant was clean. Including their restrooms .

Gd job management. Lots of improvement from this specific location.

Update, the Hamburgers 🍔 seem to be Extra Dry in the last few months. Mayo, Catchup, not even Ranch dressing helps. Sorry! 🙃

Went on 5/4/22 at 10:50ish, didn't leave the drive thru until 11:07, BUT the lady who was taking orders was hustling around. I don't know if she had help preparing the food, but she really did amazing considering how understaffed this location is at night. She had a great attitude despite the long line of cars waiting. Food was great too! We got a few Munchie Meals and the burgers were enormous and well put together. The individual(s) working tonight deserve more than 5 stars.

This location is always clean and Everytime I go it's usually on Sunday evenings after 11pm and the female manager who is always there is always very friendly and always has a smile on her face. I can't remember her name but she has glasses and wears her hair in a bun with a hair net. Never do I see her without a smile on her face. She could be busy with both front counter and drive Thur she seems to manage herself very well. As long as she is working on Sunday evenings I will keep going there. She deserves a recommendation for doing such an awesome job. When we go there the food is always fresh and hot. Never had a time when we got bad food.
I just wanted to let you all know that you have a wonderful employee who is doing an amazing job.and I hope she gets recognized for the great job she is doing.

There's something about this young manager. ( Macaire ) is his name . He is very polite and welcoming on the drive thru, gets my order right and always makes sure to put a smile on my face. keep up the good work young man .

It's fast food so obviously expect that quality. I'm giving 5 starts for the service. There is a girl there (I wish I had gotten her name) that always has her make up and nails done really fancy (that's not why she gets the good review). She has excellent customer service skills, she is happy and friendly every time I go there and always makes sure my order is right and asks if I need anything else instead of rushing me out of the drive through. It's the little things that make an experience great even at a fast food restaurant. Also this location seems to have consistent quality in the food, I know if I order something it will be the same as the last time I ordered it. Which I can't say about most fast food places.

I just want to take the time to appreciate the hard work by one of the managers I noticed yesterday. It was super busy and this guy was very composed and hard at work. So many orders were coming in, including mine and he had his staff working hard and flowing. I believe his name was Macaire. He was very polite as he was dealing with several impatient customers. This guy deserves recognition!!!

The breakfast was good.. butttt the chic that took my order sounded like she does not want to be there. Just left here again July 22nd... ordered a ultimate bacon cheeseburger and a jumbo jack with cheese .... how they put the bacon on the jumbo jack and not on the ultimate bacon cheeseburger lol . Why can't I get what I pay for. I'm getting annoyed

The lady who helped us was AWESOME . Its been a good while since i have been impressed by customer service. I did not catch her name but, in case corporate sees, we were here 7/27/19 at around 12:30pm and i was order 453. The food and service were great. Too bad i live in cali or this would be my go to jack in the box!

I wish I would have gotten her name but the lady I dealt with in the Drive-Thru window was excellent! Unfortunately these days you don't see good customer service that much anymore but he restored my faith. She needs to Train everybody on how to do customer service correctly
