What a beautiful boardwalk across a well-preserved marsh, wetland and brakes habitat. The best part is the booklet that is kept at the trailhead, which gives all details of the flora and fauna you're about to find here. The booklet is basically like a reading tour with markers throughout the hike. I learnt a lot from it. Thank you Hatteras.

An easy and well maintained trail, however many of the plant identifications are incorrect. I am a tree ecologist. Otherwise an enjoyable park!

a great place to explore all the native life of a salt marsh, all types of birds will make themselves known, the path was well maintained and easily accessible, we enjoyed it, very relaxing!!

This is a salt marsh and nature trail park with a long wooden raised trail built over the marsh. There is a printed trail guide with markers along the way. We didn't pick up a guide at the trail's start but found the trail very interesting.

This is a one mile loop nature hike with an interpretive brochure. There were not very many birds in late morning. There were many interesting plants and salt marsh and a very nice boardwalk. We did not have any problems with bugs.

Cute little spot to take a little walk around some of the salt marshes. They have some nicely dict boardwalks and a couple of picnic tables out. The weather is usually so nice makes a good spot to stop and bring a snack.

Short hike, buggy in spots, but lots of wildlife in the area. I saw deer, a muskrat, lizards, leaping fish, an egret, some huge spiders, and otters. Heard frogs and an owl.
