I’ve been to this Wendy’s multiple times and every time I go Dave is working and he truly brightens my day every time! Honestly, all of the staff has been very nice and I really like that but Dave is seriously one of my favorite people ever!!!

Austin Harrison is awesome and friendly and I really wish more fast food workers were like him! All the staff here seem very friendly but Austin stood out to me because no matter how tired he is he gives his all and is always customer focused and that's not something you see that much in this day and age!

This was by far the friendliest wait staff I've had the pleasure of ordering from in several years! They were all pleasant, professional and helpful. Especially since the pandemic, most employees really don't seem to care and this crew really works well as a team and makes their customers feel cared for. I was there Saturday night around 7pm on 1/28/23.

They are always friendly and kind the food always hit n fresh this is one of there best locations It's a bit gar from me but it's worth the trip every time

I absolutely love this specific Wendy's location! I have been going to this location since 2005, & have yet to get a order that was wrong, or missing items! I often ask the kind & friendly manager there if he has a cot in back of the kitchen & moved his tv in from home, because he "literally is always there at the pick up window, checking every order before it goes out that window, making certain that every order is correct, hot, & is accurate himself! He is 100% accurate every time I've gone there which is sometimes two to three times a week since 2005! 100% accuracy in 14 years of frequent service!! You don't get that anywhere likely on the planet at any fast food place, except....Urbandale, IA Wendy's!!! Dude......You are the best!!! Thanks so very much for you're amazing & unheard of service!!!

Still the best fast food burgers and fries around. You can tell the fries come from actual potatoes. The drink selection is top notch!

Food was good service was good. Wasn't out of the world just took the edge off

Super friendly staff. The register clerk let us use all our coupons in one transaction and two other staff members brought a free frosty and a free childrens book for our baby girl.

Same staff and familiar faces, but always extra fast and always courteous. Best location tbh.

Wendy's Burgers, French Fries and Frostys are Great 👍 Wendy's is my favorite 😍 Fast Food Restaurant. Can't go wrong at Wendys.

Has always been one of the most reliable late night fast food offerings in the area. They do a good job, but I recommend custom ordering your Dave's Single to ensure you get one freshly made.

What can I say? Mom loves her diet lime coke.
Freestyle coke is great. The potatoes are always perfect, the salads, sandwiches, and sides prepared to order.
Consistently great service.

Friendly customer service, food came out nice and fresh and no complaints here. Nice and quiet atmosphere as well and clean restrooms.

I gotta say the gentleman that they had working the drive thru around 10:30 Sunday evening was awesome. He was appropriately funny, very welcoming and he engaged in small talk when the food was taking a few minutes, due to what I ordered, so I didn't even notice there was anything wrong according to their standards of "fast, fast food" and everything was delicious as well.

Honestly they are great. I don't think I have ever had anything obviously slapped together like most fast food places. If they mess up, which is RARE (live walking distance so go more than I should), they fix and make up for it. The staff is really amazing and friendly. Prefer this Wendy's over the ine on Merle Hay for sure. Like them in general Honestly.

Laid back and down to earth staff made my visit that much better. I have only worked a few fast food jobs in my life but this place and it's staff had me wanting to apply lol. Is that bad to say? If you like Wendy's this is the best one in IOWA!!!

The drive thru was super busy. Didn’t have to wait long. The team members working at the windows were so nice and my order was correct. Good job Wendy’s 😀
