BIGGBY COFFEE

This BIGGBY is one of my all time favorites to go to because of the staff. On 4/21/2024 (I am so sorry I cannot remember the staff’s names), they were so kind and happy. I got my 12/12 coffees to get my reward for next time, and we jokingly asked if there was confetti for a big moment like this, and next thing we knew, the staff came to the window with make shift confetti to celebrate. Really brought a smile to our faces and started our day off right. Thank you guys for being amazing!

Biggby Coffee is a fantastic spot for coffee lovers looking for a cozy and inviting atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who clearly take pride in their work.

The menu at Biggby Coffee is extensive, offering a wide variety of drinks to suit every taste. Whether you're in the mood for a classic latte, a refreshing iced coffee, or one of their creative seasonal specialties, Biggby has you covered. I tried their signature Caramel Marvel, and it was absolutely delicious—rich, smooth, and perfectly sweetened.

The customer service was out of this world unbelievable. Top notch.
Whoever is the manager there, should be considered for a promotion to some sort of traveling corporate trainer.

Had a caramel cappuccino and a coffee cake muffin - both were yummy. Both people behind the counter were very friendly. Will come back when in the area.

My favorite Biggby location! The staff is always kind and the drinks look and taste amazing!

Staff was very friendly and super nice. As a big cream fan they put the perfect amount in my iced coffee. Oh and the sandwich was so delicious I almost turned around to get a other one.

I got med peppermint hot chocolate, and Brian got an LG butter bear hot coffee. Both were very delicious.

The ambiance is lovely 😍 and serene. It's like a private 🍵 tea/coffee house. The view from the BC is awesome. 👌🏽 I wanted to stay longer. I 💕 will go again and spend more time ⏲ there. A lovely place 4 a date; away from everyone n everything. ❤ Definitely go! 🏝

Jack's kindness and generosity just made my week. After losing my Biggby card and already having a rough week, Jack managed to turn my day around and he has no idea the impact his gesture had on me. So thank you, Jack.

This Biggby doesn't stand out but they make a killer coffe. Probably one of the best I've had from a Biggby. People were friendly and quick. My wife and I will definitely remember this location.

Young lady working by herself after only 3 days training, she was very polite and pleasant. Good job, great customer service!

Biggby is not as good as flying Joe in Maumee but soooooooooo much better than Starbucks. I'll gladly go to one if it's the nearest option.

Such a variety of drinks to choose from. I'm not a huge coffee person so normally get their specialty creme freezes and they're all delicious.

We loved talking to the employee while we waited. He was wonderful.

I come here frequently for a good coffee [or tea] and a nice study environment. It gets a little too busy at times, but the rest of the time it's perfect.

Staff is always so friendly and love the fact they do BoGos.

It's better than Starbucks coffee any day and you don't have to wait an hour in line the paid such high prices

It's chill, coffee is good. There is definitely some really wierd people who are regulars, some very nosey ones as well. But that's no fault of the Establishment. It's fairly cheap as well
