T-Mobile

Me and my finance went in to switch to t-mobile and Jaeden and Becca took such great care of us. We had lots of bumps along the way (thanks to Verizon) but they were patient with us and had many suggestions on how to get the phones switched over. We were successful in the end and I’m very impressed with their knowledge and customer service. We’re really glad we chose T-mobile.

Run, don't walk to T-Mobile at Ward Parkway Center if you're needing a new cell phone company, a new phone or like kind & caring representatives who provide fabulous service. Jaeden was recommended to us & we felt like we were in good hands from the start. We appreciated his knowledge, suggestions & great customer service. We were with Verizon for over 20 years or more & wish we would have switched sooner. Not only does T-Mobile offer some great deals & plans which include Netflix, Apple TV, etc., but you are rewarded with Tuesday deals & other great things.

Jaeden was awesome. Help me and my mom get a phone and watch active for my grandma. Extremely nice and helpful. 10/10 would recommend

Fantastic service on a busy Saturday. Every single guy in there seemed to know exactly what he was doing, and all stayed calm and polite during what I'm guessing was a stressful shift. No pressure to buy an expensive phone -- the associate even pulled up YouTube videos to compare phone cameras because I told him that's what mattered most. Appreciated him!

I switched phone carriers after almost 20 years and didn’t know what to expect. Jaime and Sierra were outstanding when it came to transferring and purchasing new equipment. They provided unparalleled customer service to me while making sure other customers were taken care of. I still have not completed my transfer but thanks to Richard with T Mobile in Springfield, he is working with me to get everything straightened out and I am glad I went with them, a difference of $120 a month saved.

The team working today were not the usual team, they were covering for this store's staff. They did an excellent job providing world-class customer service in the usual team's absent. Joel, he went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. Thank you, Joel. Bravo Team!

I thought I was going to have to move in because it was taking so long but it wasn't their fault. Getting a new phone is a long process. The staff was super nice and I appreciated all their help.

I was here the other night to upgrade my phone and add a line and Tyler and Millie were extremely helpful. They even stayed late to finish helping me and were very kind and patient. They were able to remove some charges (that the online phone operator failed to remove when I had asked the week prior). Very good experience

Service has SIGNIFICANTLY improved! All of the employees were very helpful and were working together to get people taken care of. I was gearing up for a 2 hr wait but was in and out in under an hr. The phone we wanted wasn't there but the manager found one at another store and picked it up for us!

We went to the Town center store and were kinda brushed off so we went to the Ward Parkway store. Millie went above and beyond to assist my husband and I with buying and setting up new phones. After we left the store, I realized my watch hadn't been set up to the new phone. She assisted with that as well. Will definitely go back to that store.

Great service. Sebastian was so helpful! Very friendly, patient, and competent. He spent 45 minutes trying to solve a problem with my phone! And he did! Others (at other locations) have tried to help me, but couldn’t figure it out.

Went to T Mobile at Ward Parkway for some help with replacing my phone that was run over by a car. So I was not buying. I was just hoping for some help with a warranty exchange and transfer of data. Spencer and Nate spent much time with me in the process and offered much needed advice along the way. I was in the store long enough to notice Spencer and Nate doing a great job of handling business traffic and pleasantly addressing customer needs.

I was really pleasantly taken aback by how wonderful the 3 employees were on the day I visited. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but this store nailed it! No matter who came in and with what issue, the employees treated them with respect and made them feel valued. I will definitely go back to this store if I need something.

Easily the best experience I've had at a cell phone store. Gus is phenomenal, got our phones set up quickly while he and his coworker (yeah, only one other person) helped another 10 customers. Give that guy a raise, whatever he's making is not nearly what he's worth.

Tyler is super sweet! He let me charge my ohone afyer paying my bill so I didn't have to do a long drive with a dead battery. He has great customer service and I appreciate him for that!

Gus was phenomenal! Even though they were busy at the store he was patient, helpful, and didn't make me feel rushed or pressured. He offered suggestions when asked but didn't try to oversell me on things I wasn't interested in. Made the process of getting a new phone smooth and painless! Took the time to make a personal connection with me and spoke to me like I was a friend and not just a transaction

I had a wonderful experience at this store yesterday. They were on time for my scheduled visit. The young lady that helped me was very nice and what she had to do to get me on line took literally minutes. I had struggled with the issue over the phone for probably 1.5 hrs before I was directed to go into a store. I was so glad to be there and I would gladly go in again! Very competent people at the T mobile at Ward Parkway

My phone wouldn't charge, no matter what charger I put it on. Went to tmobile in ward parkway to get it checked. We were the first people in. Becca listened to the problem. She tested it on the store charger, then showed us where a similar charger was suitable for my phone. She answered all my questions and advised me to come back with my charger to see which piece I needed. When I returned, she checked the cord, the USB cord and the wall piece. She was most helpful in helping me replace just the piece I needed and recommended ingredients a samsung certified person if I needed to replace the charger port.
