Walk in there and the girl working is sitting at the back table on her phone. She did not greet us and choose to wait a good chunk of time before yelling across the empty store, ‘if you want to see anything, let me know.’ Mean while still having never looked up from her phone. Finally we find what we want and ask her to get it. Takes her awhile to actually get started walking over to us. Still on her phone. Stands in front of us and we point it out. She is still on her phone. We wait a second, she puts down her phone and says, ‘ok what did you want?’ I am just confused because it seems like since we were the only people in there that she would be able to set down her phone for even a second and do the job of a retail worker and picked up her phone after we left. Greet, get to know needs, sell what them what they need, possibly up-sell. I would also recommend putting in a more professional dress code.

Hari was so helpful and kind on Christmas today. I haven’t purchased any sort of vape in my life, and haven’t used any smoking device since I was a teenager. I came in with very little knowledge about the new technologies and methods available for smoking and vaping. Hari thoroughly explained what each component of the vaporizers were, what they were, their interchangeability, how they worked. She was very knowledgeable of the products. She somehow understood exactly what we were looking for, despite the fact didn’t know any of the terminology in order to communicate what I was trying to achieve as far as delivery, etc and did not understand how or what the products really did before coming in. I researched some vapes online, but because I didn’t know the terminology, I didn’t understand the descriptions provided. I’m really grateful for her patience. I felt really dumb and embarrassed about knowing so little about what I wanted. Hari met me with only kindness and well thought out questions to help lead me to the product that would work. Cam is the Kratom Genius. He's the only one I trust to give me the right info on it, he's so knowledgeable. Knowledgeable about everything they sell to be honest, I'm just mainly into the Kratom. I loved this place! The prices are fantastic and the girl that helped me was so sweet and patient! I take forever to pick out my pipes and there collection was great there were over 100 to choose from! They had tons of grinders, digital, bongs and every kinda pipe your heart desires out of a headship. I got 2 for the price of 20! Great deal and they are willing too pull everyone out if you feel the need and you will Not be rushed

I was having trouble finding a battery that was compatible with my cartridge and Danielle went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. I can tell she was genuinely happy to help and is very knowledgeable in her work. I couldn't reccomend more!

I went in about 20 minutes before closing ( sorry!) last night out of curiosity as this place is 10 minutes away from my house as opposed to a 25 minute drive to my preferred dispensary. I originally went in for some carts but ending up walking out with some Delta 8 wax. The clerk there was very nice to me and was happy to answer all of my annoying questions about their products. I went for their blue dream delta 8 wax, and was surprised that it was high quality while still being affordable, which is something I've rarely seen from other brick and mortar stores. I'm a huge fan of this store now, and I can't wait to bring my friend in today. I won't be going anywhere else from now on and I'm pretty sure I'm done shopping online for my delta 8!
