Thru no fault of Medical Arts Pharm. my son was not able to get his antiseozural medication. Pharmacist Moe worked all day to make sure my son got his medication. Thank you Moe.

Family owned and they make everyone feel apart of. They do their jobs with the most professionalism and dedication to their customers in the community. I cannot say enough about this pharmacy which is staffed with employees who CARE and owned by a lovely couple who are there more often than not. Consistently great service with a smile and a little conversation. They remember the conversations with their customers BECAUSE they care!! It’s a no brainer for me. Give them a try and if you do that I can promise it will be the last pharmacy you ever go to again! They will become a new home for your medical prescription needs. They also have an array of store items for sale and some specialty items as well as ordering items they don’t have or you need.

There new owner, his fiancé and staff are terrific! They will go out of their way to accommodate your needs, take a personal interest in you and will recognize and address you by name. It is a true family business. I will never deal with large corporate pharmacies again....you are doing a good thing to support a locally owned business. Good people, good service....highest recommendation. Please make them feel welcome in their new home.

This is the best pharmacy in Sarasota! Great service, staff, and on time prescriptions. The Pharmacists at this location are knowledgeable and know their stuff and give great advice and guidance. They gave me all the information I needed to decide what to do and the positives and negatives of the medications I am on. Highly recommend to go to this pharmacy if you prioritize customer service!

Ron and his staff always take care of me with the best service and always have full respect for my needs. I have used almost all the big name pharmacies in town and they don't come close to Med Arts, Ron has gone far beyond the extra mile for me on many occasions, don't forget that they are humans, treat them with respect and they will respect you, I'm sure they have bad days just like the rest of us but I have never seen it, they always act professional , A great pharmacy!
UPDATE: Now that Ron has started his much deserved retirement the pharmacy has changed owners and things have gotten even better, like I said above I have used all the big name pharmacies in town and none of them compare to Med Arts. The new owner and staff are beyond helpful and don't treat you like you live under a bridge or judge you by the medications you need like every other pharmacy in town. This is by far the best pharmacy in the Sarasota/Bradenton area and I hope they continue helping people for a long time, we need more stores like this!

Ron and his staff have always been professional, courteous , friendly and efficient. If My husband and I needed a medication or supplement that they did not carry, Ron would order it for us and when we returned to the pharmacy, what we needed was there .He and his staff take the time to discuss your medications purpose and possible side effects. On one occasion, Ron has advised me not to ake a medication, as it may adversely affect me because of an interaction with another drug.
In these days and times, we have to take a pro-active position with our health care requirements. You are safe with Mr Ron Shah. He and his staff will take good care of you and your family. Medical Arts is a family run business so they understand the importance of a family's health concerns and everyone is personable , knowledgeable ,and efficient. Ron will answer any question you have concerning your medications and , if he is not sure of the correct answer, he will research it and contact you with the correct answer. I have been going to Ron and Medical Arts Pharmacy for several years. My parents got very sick 2 years ago and their scripts were going to CVS and Walgreens. On occasion I would have to pick them up for them and I can't tell you how disgusted I was with the service and notable difference it was to deal with the large corporate pharmacies. I immediately transferred all of their medications to Ron at Medical Arts. He knew their situation and how busy I was so he even delivered the medications directly to their home every month until they both passed away. He would always ask how they were and would give me suggestions on what to ask their doctors in order to provide the best possible care for them. The staff knows me by name and when my parents passed away I even got a sympathy card from Ron sending his condolence for my loss. I can not tell you how extremely happy I have been with his service. It is such a good feeling to have found a pharmacy that really cares about its customers. I would recommend Medical Arts to anyone that needs a prescription filled they really do care and do all they can for their customers.

Ron and his staff at Medical Arts are by far the best experience I have ever had when dealing with my prescriptions. Ron is always there to answer questions that I have and in fact goes above and beyond for his clients. Recently my doctor made a mistake with my blood pressure medication and when Ron received the electronic script he immediately called me to bring it to my attention. He even called the doctor to ask her why she was combining certain drugs that were not recommended and not safe to combine with other medication that I was taking. She apologized to him and thanked him for brining the mistake to her attention. Ron and his staff great you by name and you truly feel like they care about you and your well being. You are not a number like when you go to CVS, Walgreens, Walmart or any other Big Brand name. I have recommended Medical Arts Pharmacy to my family, friends and even clients. I would highly recommend you give them a try and I know you will be pleasantly surprised at your customer service experience. They are the best. Ron is an amazing pharmacist. He always goes above and beyond for the patient, and is the best pharmacist my family and I have found in both sarasota and bradenton. Completely disagree with the review saying new owner is horrible and rude. He goes over and beyond to help me and my family. The old owner come to find out was over billing insurance and charging us almost double if we had to pay cash. The new owner takes his time with us and does everything he possibly can to help if we are having a problem with our insurance.

I love this pharmacy! With five kids, we have plenty of perscriptions to fill. I have found the staff to be wonderful - bending over backwards to help us. The pharmacist himself went to great lengths to find manufacturers coupons to that took one of my kids perscriptions from $310 down to the $15 co-pay. I've used the chain pharmacies for too long - dealing with kids - having to check and recheck the perscriptions because they make mistakes so often. I'll stay with this place forever! And they have a drive-thru!

Thi is a very good professional team,They text me when refills are coming due. The team at medical Arts send me text reminders, they have called with information they look out for me. Rhomnie does more then fill my meds he suggests things about what would be helpful to me. The main thing I’m saying is they all look out for u and go above and beyond just filling ur medication. Further more price wise if Rhomnie could help in price and he has with me he will. God bless these guys. And ur always greeted with a smile.

The pharmacist knows you by name, and greets you as you arrive. This is an older building, and has the "old time vibe" of how it was before huge chains took over& treat you as if you're just a number They also DELIVER!! We need to support our local businesses that go above and beyond!

This is the best pharmacy ive ever done business with: Rami and great staff are always kind and getting me the best deals on meds. Rami throws in extras for free like mucinex for a congestion or rubbing ointment for sore muscles. Best pharmacy in town
