I bought some beautiful excellent quality plates from Italy and Portugal and beautiful Italian and Portuguese household goods and linens.

We bought excellent Italian pasta, French cookies and jams that are not found in other US stores, or found at much higher prices.

So I purchased some pricey truffle goat cheese from their representative at Huntington Fall Festival. The product had an expiration date of November 23rd. I opened the cheese a few days after purchasing only to find mold had completely consumed my cheese. I called the number listed on google for coach farm. Instead of simply issuing a refund or sending me a replacement they proceeded to collect my information 3 times. First time someone was supposed to call me back, they didn’t, I called again the next day, the person apology and said they were busy and asked if I contacted the vendor that I purchased from, I told them their information was the only one I had. She mentions the guy’s name and said she would give him a call because he’s supposed to be handling this stuff. She said they would resolve this and I’d either get a refund or replacement cheese, she advised she would give me a call back later that day with how they decided to proceed. 3 weeks later I still have not been contacted. Hey Coach Farms FYI you’re the producer of the cheese, if it’s growing mold a full month BEFORE the expiration date it’s in your best interest to FIX the issue IMMEDIATELY, not string a customer along and give a million excuses it’s one piece of cheese, I live in the same state, the cost of replacing the cheese is far cheaper than the negative press you have just received.
