The Scandia Cafe

My boyfriend and I came came here after camping near by for the night (we like to check out at least one local spot when visiting a new place.) It was delicious. I had the Skillet Scramble (half portion) and he had the "Just Right," we also shared a half waffle with blueberries. We both had coffee, their mugs are bigger than you average restaurant offers. Service was great, everyone was friendly. In my opinion, the pricing is fair, everything is made fresh and cooked to order. Would definitely recommend the breakfast here if you're passing by.

They do only take cash and checks, no cards...although there is an ATM (literally) around the corner.

I had the special which was chicken salad with lettuce and tomato in a spinach soft tortilla wrap with crispy French fries. The food was delicious and filling. The service was friendly and fast. The cafe was clean and comfortable, good music not too
loud. I would go there again.

No complaints. Got the oatmeal for about $5. It came with a small pitcher of milk, some brown sugar and raisins. That, coffee and my breakfast companion were a perfect way to start the day. Definitely recommend. Note, they only accept cash and check.

Cute CLEAN little cafe. Friendly service and food came out fast! If you've never visited just know that they don't accept credit cards, only cash and check. I carry cash so no problem, but I could see it being an issue with other customers.

Great cafe! Loved the split pea soup and grilled cheese. Excellent service. Will definitely stop here again!

I have know the owners for longer than I can rember and they are awesome go here great food and service so fast your food will be out before you can correctly say how much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood

Nice local eatery, good food, great coffee friendly and efficient. Easy to find plenty oh parking.

The French toast was just right. Simple, done well, delicious. The hot cocoa was heart warming.
