Terrible customer service. Talked us around in circles and made us wait a week for a quote that the sales person said they had, we called again and the awful person answering the phone said they hadn't ever heard of the product ... I don't know who this company is hiring but they're all terrible. Go somewhere that doesn't waste your time and wants your money.

Terrible experience at the end ordering everything was pretty simple then the problems set in. No definitive delivery date for 3 weeks. Next I get a delivery date and no delivery. Next day I am calling all day asking about my lumber and it finally shows up at 5 o clock at night and they drop my lumber in the middle of the street without letting me know they were here. Thanks Alpine Lumber we won't be doing business anymore.

By far the worst lumber I have seen, and I have seen some bad lumber. Prices went up and quality shot down. Unacceptable.
