Amanda, was great! We bought an office chair , she took the time to clean it up with leather cleaner . We were able to take it home the same day. Furniture Row , furniture lasts !!! Much better than American Family's.

Very knowledgeable salespeople. They know their products and listen carefully to your needs to make sure you are considering the options that best fit your needs. Miguel, Jamie and Walter were very helpful! Highly recommend the Dacona store! Can't wait for our new reclining sofa and chair set!

Just this week we purchased a pair of new recliners for our home. Although the chairs remain to be delivered in a couple days, we were so impressed with the service we received from Sales Associate, Miguel, at the Dacono store. He was polite, knowledgeable, patient, and eager to help us make the right decision. We are confident that we made the right choice in chairs, but certain of our good fortune in receiving Miguel's assistance!

Shopping for a couch and was met by a sales associate and asked if he could help. Very friendly and courteous. Told him we were just looking. Absolutely no pressure and said he was available if we needed help.
Found something we like and made a purchase. Very good experience.

It was a very successful trip! Jamie H was able to help look up an old piece my husband bought years ago so that I could match it and get him more of the set. He even showed me a few sets that are close in style and was helpful without being pushy. Super easy and I left happy with what I picked out!

We just purchased a couch and a sectional from Furniture Row could not be happier! We went to every furniture store out there, and this place was hands-down the best. The store is huge, well laid out, and furniture groupings are beautifully accessorized so that you can imagine how good they can look in your home. Ashlynn, our sales person was friendly and helpful. (The sales people don’t stalk you, just let you know they are there to help with any questions.) Jamie, the store manager is fantastic, and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was good. I was wishy-washy and not the easiest customer, but these people were so patient and truly cared that I was happy with my purchase. Well, I sure am! Thanks Ashlynn and Jamie, we’re loving our new couches and will definitely stop here first when we need furniture!

After looking at a few other furniture stores we came to Furniture Row. I had what I called "the unicorn" couch in mind...really comfortable, reversible chaise, cushions that were not sewn to the back of the couch and not too big. Miguel came to help us and found the perfect couch. It wasn't just that he found the perfect sofa, it was the service that he provided. He went SO far above expectations and I felt valued and heard. He hustled, and worked his butt off to help us.

We've bought three of our last three bed frames (plus one bedroom set) here. The sales people are friendly. Our experience earlier today with Larry was so delightful; he made our shopping like visiting with a friend. And they have lots of choices. This is our first stop when shopping for new furniture!

We had a wonderful experience with Ashlyn and Larry. We bought quite a few pieces and had a complicated shipping situation as we move cross country, but they were amazing! Both Ashlyn and Larry listened to our needs and budget, made suggestions but gave us space to talk things through and make a decision without being pushy. We will be back!!

Larry did an outstanding job of supporting our bedroom furniture purchase. We were greeted with a friendly hello and introduction but given plenty of space and time to browse the showroom. When we had questions, Larry was there to give us answers. If he didn't have the answer, he quickly and diligently found the answer. Larry helped us make an informed decision and provided us with aspects we didn't think of ourselves. Larry also provided us with the best way to care and maintain our furniture. He also insured that our set would work with the mattress we purchased and made sure the mattress department was aware of the base that would work. It was clear Larry was providing us with detailed care and attention. Throughout our interaction, Larry was honest with us and provided a no pressure sales environment, really allowing us to come to the best decision for us.

Amanda was so patient and professional with my family as we shopped for a bedroom set for our daughter. She was very sweet and amazing to deal with! Thank you so much and we would highly recommend this store and Amanda specifically.

The first manager I met was not available and had moved to another store. Jamie approached and went above and beyond in assisting me. We were creative in coming up with payments in which pieces of furnitures and filling gaps.

Great selection to choose from at the Dacono Colorado location and staff member Jamie was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommend him for customer service and product information.

We had a whole basement to furnish and Sam made it so easy for our bedrooms. Then Walter helped us with the living room and entertainment center. I’ve never had an easier time in a furniture store.

Amazing service and delivery. After a completely horrible experience at Living Spaces, these guys helped me get the furniture quickly to my home. And, the quality was MUCH BETTER. I cannot express how frustrating my experience at Living Spaces has been. After returning all my items at Living Spaces, I went to Furniture Row. And, I am SO GLAD!! Seriously, I now have beautiful furniture--and the process from buying it to delivery has been amazing. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!
