Camp Bow Wow

We recently switched over to Camp Bow Wow from another kennel. They offer so much for our four-legged furball to have fun with. We absolutely love the hours to be able to drop off and pick up. They are always willing to answer the phone and answer questions for you. We actually had him over there when We had to have our pup have a couple of meds, and they take very good care of them. They have a real nice area for them to stay in or those little raised bed. They have clipboards on the outside to let them know there's any instructions or any needs that you're for baby might need. We love the pet cams so we can check on our 75 lb Boomer. They also have what they call enrichment time. And we have pictures of him actually diving nose first into a foam party. They also have little pools for the dogs to be able to play in. Absolute love that we switched to Camp Bow Wow. If you want them to have a bath they do a really good job with that as well Just give them a heads up. They are conveniently located the one we go to not far from the Grand Rapids airport. Keep up the great work. Boomer actually cries when he gets dropped off and can't wait to get in the back.

Although I know she can sometimes exhibit signs of separation anxiety and so do I 😂 when I'm going to leave. I know once I'm gone, she is in good hands and she's safe. I really appreciate y'all

My dog has pretty high separation anxiety, and the staff here is so kind and understanding of my dog's needs. Even after moving 30 minutes away from this location, I still go here for overnight stays because I know she'll be well taken care of. Thank you from me and Xenna!

The staff is very friendly and my dog Belle was happy to go back for her stay after her interview day. I like the option for enrichment sessions as she is an older dog and benefits with more one on one time. She also wore her festive bandana proudly even though she doesn't really care for baths. I also like how easy it is to schedule and that I can check the camera to see if my pup is having fun!

Wonderful staff that truly cares about about your dog's well-being. Facilities are clean and well kept.

The high level of customer service makes you feel very confident in their ability to care for your dog when you're away. In fact, my otherwise shy lab has gained confidence after staying at Camp Bow Wow!

You can even watch your dog on one of their webcams when they are out playing. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Camp Bow Wow - Airport location! Our puppy Zoey has so much fun when she goes to daycare and has a few friends she loves to play with. Camp Bow Wow is great at communicating and will send pictures too. On days where I am extra busy, we love sending her there so she has playtime and can stay active and not alone at home. I would definitely recommend Camp Bow Wow.

We love the Airport Camp Bow Wow location and more important is that our dog loves to go there. We appreciate that for minimal fee our dog is bathed and all clean and fresh when we pick her up. Recently we had to board our dog due to a death in our family and they actually sent us a condolence card. Great company and employees!

My little Hazel had a blast during her first day at camp!! Everyone was super friendly and explained everything very well since it was our first time there.

The staff treat my Maizee like she is their family. They are always excited to see her and the best part is how happy she gets when we pull in the driveway and she realizes where she is!

My fur babies really love going here, never have to worry about them, if I want to see how things are going, all I have to do is look on their web cam

My dog loves this place and they love him. He is always happy to be dropped off and then very happy and healthy when I pick him up a few days later. The camera is nice too so I can check on him while I'm far away.

Our dog Rocky loves coming to camp! Staff is always wonderful and accommodating. They also have cameras you can access online to watch your dogo play! Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful with any questions you have. My furry family member absolutely love visiting camp bow wow! The bonus is that they can clip nails and do baths too! What dog doesn't want a spa day? : )

The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. My dog is so excited to show up and ready for bed when it’s time to come home. We recently got a second dog that we will also be taking to Camp Bow Wow once he has all his shots!

We've been taking our dog to Camp Bow Wow Grand Rapids Airport for daycare for three years now. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating to our dog, who is shy and can be a little anxious around people and dogs. Because our dog can take some time to warm up to new people, they are wonderful about giving him his space, letting him approach them, and loving on him when he lets them! Appreciate the flexible hours, safety guidelines, communication, and special offers in their emails. They really love our dog and do their best to give him a fun day when he's here!

We have been a customer for quite some time and I can’t acknowledge enough how friendly and professional the staff is here. This is Mavericks favorite place to be.

Camp Bow Wow is comprised of dedicated people who love dogs!!! After relocating to the GR area, my dogs needed to make some new friends and a place to play during the day. I got two recommendations for Camp Bow Wow and after two days of doggy day camp, I get it. The interactive play concept at camp means by dogs are not locked up for long periods and are able to play most of the day (read: get really tired so they are calm when they get home!). I also love that I have access to see my dogs on camera via the Camp Bow Wow app. I feel confident sending my dogs here and can honestly say that my dogs love going!

Camp bow wow accommodates with a quick response, and keeps my Shih tzu very happy.

Everyone loves our dog and they take great care of him! It’s nice when we’re away to not worry knowing camp bow wow is taking good care of our Bentley! I also love the cameras to check in on him & see all the fun he’s having!
