OUTSTANDING meal at this little storefront treasure. Alyssa was a fabulous server and the all the food was exceptional! Good vegetarian options (they will even make it dairy free if you ask). The scones and monkey bread were phenomenal. Highly recommend!! Also affordable.

I recently had my first brunch at the Family Table Cafe in Auburn Hills, MI, and it was absolutely phenomenal! The omelets were amazing, bursting with flavor, and the sides perfectly complemented the meal. This beautiful spot is a must-visit for anyone looking for a delightful brunch experience. Highly recommended!

Family Table offers an outstanding dining experience with their remarkable and attentive service. A special thanks to the waitress Diana and the Owner Kate and her husband for making us feel warm and welcome! I have never been to a restaurant where there was an abundance of HUMILITY and an OUTWARD EXPRESSION OF A BELIEF IN GOD-ALMIGHTY, His Word, and an unashamed expression of Christianity and LOVE!!! I felt right at home because Kate gave me and my confidant warm words of encouragement and wisdom when I asked her to pray for us.

These owners and their staff are BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE AND THEY ARE OPEN TO A TRUE REPRESENTATION OF DIVERSITY, HOSPITALITY, AND AUTHENTICITY!

Coming to this restaurant was the BEST DECISION that I made to have breakfast in Auburn Hills Michigan!

Not only that, THE FOOD WAS PHENOMENAL AND I PERSONALLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TRY THE MONKEY BREAD which is a family recipe at the restaurant! It is the best homemade Monkey bread that I have had in my life! The Monkey bread is SOOOOOOO good that they could honestly go global!

In relation to ATMOSPHERE, my only critique is that I wanted to eat outside based on the wonderful photos of the outside dining area that I saw on Google. But, it appeared that the outside seating wasn't available on that day and plus the few chairs that I did see were not inviting.

The food here is so fresh and delicious. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. The price point is great for such high quality, homemade food. I absolutely love their harvest bowl!!

A piece of small town dining. Family table is nothing more than a quaint diner and it pretends to be nothing more. It's firmly found it's place and is happy to be there and so are it's customers. The place is packed for breakfast, especially Saturday (closed Sunday) but the turn over is fairly quick. It's the usual selection of breakfast and lunch entries with healthy portions and reasonable prices. If you like sweets be sure to try the monkey bread. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Parking out front is limited but there's plenty in the rear. Frankly in that downtown area its probably the best breakfast you'll find, granted at the time of this writing options are limited but as the area grows im sure Family Table will hold it's own.

First time here, and I wish I lived closer so I could go regularly! Our server, Cate, introduced herself as a co-owner and gave us some info about the cafe since we hadn't been before (the kitchen cooks from scratch where possible and uses locally sourced ingredients whenever they can). Cate was friendly, enthusiastic, and warm, and obviously cared a great deal about the business and providing great service. She gave us a complimentary monkey bread for our first visit, which was SO delicious - freshly baked, pillowy soft in the middle and with a lovely cinnamon sugary crunch to the outside, with a drizzle of sweet cream cheese icing. I ordered the honey & apple grilled cheese and a cup of the creamy tomato tortellini soup of the day. The soup was delightful, with the sweetness of the tomatoes and the little savory cheese tortellini. It definitely tasted fresh and homemade. The sandwich was buttery sourdough bread, grilled to a wonderful crunch, with melty cheese, crisp apples, fresh bacon, and a honey drizzle that pulled everything together nicely. I got sweet potato fries with the sandwich, which tasted fresh and were fried to a perfect crisp. My friend got a banana walnut pancake, sausage links, and home fries, all of which looked wonderful. I can't wait to be in the area again to try more of their homemade marvels!

This was a super cute family resturant that has absolutely amazng food. This was our first time there and our server Isabella O. gave us great suggestions for food. We ordered the Pesto sandwich, a with a side of tator tots, a Cali Benedict, and a side of sausage gravy and biscuits. We cant wait to go back and try more!

Everything was fantastic! Food was outstanding. Service was impeccable. We were traveling through Michigan and found this gem. One of my top favorite breakfasts of all time.

We need more of these non chain family restaurants! I had the Mexican omelette and it was delicious. There were so many great choices to choose from that it was hard to decide. I got great service from Elijah A! Definitely will return when I'm in the area!

I was photographing a marriage proposal at a Catholic Church right around the corner from this place and needed a place to come for a quick lunch, coffee, and WiFi. Family Table Cafe really came through as a top notch family diner, a perfect place for brunch. Their menu is stacked with variety, one side breakfast, the other lunch. Coffee is brewed well and refills are free as expected. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken wrap and upgraded to the sweet potato fries. Usually, with a meal like this, I would be chugging glasses of water because of the saltiness, but Family Table did it right! The sweet potato fries had a delightful crisp and sweetness paired with the perfect amount of salt. The buffalo chicken wrap had a nice buffalo kick in every bite, which was nicely curbed by the fresh crunchiness of the lettuce, carrot, and cucumber. In summary, if you happen to be around Downtown Auburn Hills, the Family Table Cafe would make for a brunch date, quick bite, yummy food, and very reasonable prices

I'm kicking myself in the butt for never trying this cafe before today!

I worked in Auburn Hills for years but never stopped in because, in my mind, their menu was going to be limited to diner type food. Boy was I wrong!!!

This place is absolutely great and their prices are very reasonable. In addition to their indoor seating, they also have a few tables outside. I'm all about being able to eat outside, especially in the Summer.

Our Waitress was super nice and got our order 100% correct. This was very refreshing, especially in today's world where very little is done right.

I'll definitely be back now that I know how good the food is! I highly recommend that you try it, too.

Wonderful dining experience and fantastic service! I received a very warm welcome and had the pleasure of meeting Brandon who gave me an order of Monkey Bread to try which my wife absolutely loved. Family Table Cafe will be a regular stop and is highly recommended.

I just visited this restaurant today and enjoyed my experience. The wait staff was 10/10. The food was decent. I had the club sandwich, lemon orzo soup and sweet potato fries. They were out of regular fried which definitely happens. The coffee was also good.

I went with a friend and we were catching up for a few hours. Sometimes I can feel rushed by the waitstaff but they really took care of us, refilled our coffee and water.
Let us know they weren’t in a rush for us to leave and we could take all of the time we needed. They even gave us some monkey bread to take home. It felt very warm and just comfortable inside the restaurant and I enjoyed the small family run feel.

They seem fully staffed, and to be that way in this season they must be doing something right. The waiter was very polite and all the food was great. Prices are reasonable.
