Harbor Freight Tools

I'd like to start with, harbor freight is full of cheap tools. Like most are junk. But I love the icon line of tool's and the junk stuff is good for extra tool's or starter setup. I modified the cheap stuff for specific use tool's ( cut and bend for specific purposes) the best part is the supply stuff. Sandpaper and zip ties and saw blades etc . I bought the aluminum ladder rack for my truck and it is perfect for me. Just be careful when you get stuff and you can make good deals here.

Certain things there’s no one better. Other than maybe Temu, if you can wait two weeks for your stuff to get delivered but overall HarborFreight is legit for a lot of stuff.

Bought a power inverter and can't wait to see how it does in the application I'm going to use it on...says it can run a saw and charge a laptop..we'll see!!!

Needed all kinds of flashlights for walking dog outside. Was hit by a car walking my dog. Now he and I are all lighted up . Harbor Freight had all kinds to choose from

Been buying tools from them for more than forty years ago (when they were a catalog order by mail store). Their prices are fair and they sale quality products. Employees are helpful.

I'm still using tools I ordered out of their catalog when I was in my thirties, I'm now 79. I've never had to return anything. So I don't know what their return policy is like.

Great selection of tools at amazing prices.
Walked in during their parking lot sale, and managed to grab some items on clearance prices.

Staff was very friendly and helpful while I made a quick trip to this HF. Store was well lit & well organized. Was looking for 2 different tools. They had one and located the other one in Port Huron for me.
Was very happy to get what I needed at a fair price. Was even able to try it to make sure it was what I needed. Thanks again!

Always great finds at reasonable prices.

Had an issue with a motor I bought about a year ago. The supervisor (Cristina) was I believe one of three employees working that day. There was a gentleman who was bringing the products upfront from the back, and Christina was in the cashier, even though she was struggling to find my information on the computer and had a huge line waiting to check out she maintained her cool and was very professional during the whole process. I used to work in customer service and I know people can get rude and say nasty things sometimes and you can easily lose your cool, not her. She was able to help me get my replacement engine in a timely manner. I normally don’t do reviews but I’ve learned that it’s easy for people to point out when you’re doing a bad job. This Pontiac location has always gone above and beyond in the 10+ years I’ve been shopping here. Keep it up the good work !

Phil the manager at the telegraph store was great. He gave me no problems with a return I'd had for about a year n tried to use recently only to find it didn't work at all. I live around people who won't help n to have the things I need to keep my vehicles running allows me to have no worries. Thank u so much for employing Phil.

Returned a pump yesterday (which I bought an extended warranty for), and Katie and crew worked very well to make it a good experience. Second time I have seeked out the Pontiac location, because they have their stuff together. Thanks for making it a pleasant experience.

I love this place. The employees are fantastic and helpful, they have a great selection and everything is competitively priced. You also have varying options of durability and price on most every item you need. It's usually pretty easy to get in and out and always feel good about your buys.

Love the prices the tools and other house equipment to do various jobs you might need reminds of a mini Menards 😉

I do like having a harbor freight close to me. the staff is awesome and very helpful. Mark made sure i got the right coupon applied to my purchase for my best savings and the manager helped me load even as a storm turned the sky black in a matter of moments.

I love harbor freight. Not the best quality tools but I think you get better than your money's worth. Staff is generally very friendly.

On a budget or just trying to learn something new this is the place for you. While many sway away from buying tool here because there are not branded like most tool stores it’s a nice choice for those who want to be smart with there money or just need the basics and there is nothing wrong with that since it’s called work. However, one thing that would be wonderful for this location is to maybe add some warranty info on what will be covered to educate your customers. Above all, this location has a nice selection for the person who only wants the basics in life.
