My brother-in-law used this company to design a bathroom for a flip project I was helping out with, and I have to say the work came out beautiful.

Woodworking has a charm that you can't beat, especially in this world of cheap products and everything made in China.

Ourso Designs kept their promises and deadlines and we were able to finish the house we were fixing up in time to sell.

This is our installed kitchen... We build our house and they were the first ones to have finalized plans. Kitchen was due to be installed in October 2019 a simple 2 days job. Without our consent they gave us an inexperienced installer who had no idea what he was doing. After missing pieces and replacements our kitchen was completed in April 2020. Pics are of the completed kitchen that's exactly what it looks like.

Impossible to communicate…
The owner Richard will not return phone calls, texts or emails on time sensitive issues.
No attention to details…
After paying thousands for my kitchen design the range hood was not even centered on the wall above the range as well as the cabinets on each side of the sink
Dated designs…
The overall design they proposed was lacking any details I would expect for the amount of money they charged. My initial kitchen island looked like an afterthought and had a very dated look.
They do not listen to the customers wishes ….
On our initial on-site meeting I gave them a detailed wish list. After waiting 3 weeks for our first design proposal NONE of my wish list items were implemented into the design.
Overall I feel like Richard was involved on the first 2 meetings then turned the project over to staff with no overseeing or quality control.
