I have scheduled pick ups for multiple orders from this Home Depot, and I’m never disappointed. My orders are always available in a timely manner for pickup.

Prefect store if you are looking to get anything for your house. You can literally build your own house. To good a store to miss out. Variety of selection in every department. Ryobi, the home brand of home depot is awesome and can give competition to all the brands out there.

George helped us find a power washer so we could make an informed decision. He was incredibly helpful!

I had some of the best help in the world from 3 women that were venders for Home Depot. Miss Rae, Miss Cathy and Miss Lisa. It seem like everything that I couldn’t find they helped me to find it right away. I’m actually making this review while standing in the store waiting to check out. I would advise anyone that’s looking for amazing help to look for one of these women when shopping at Home Depot on Highland road.

Love the online order system and pick up when ready. Easy and employee loaded it up for me.

Imagine a world without HD - how would you ever get anything built?

Pretty nice fan and charger i bought from two different locations because they were out of stock but the good associates and the fact that i ask question and know my way around the world a little but my overall buying experience was great ! 😄☝

So far this location is satisfactory to me, Only other HD store I would go too is in Zachary. Every HD store in between is unsatisfactory service IMHO.

Lisa and I love Home Depot. They do not discriminate against me for not having a handicap and allow Lisa in the store.

I need help finding an air conditioner unit and had some questions. Terry Goodman from the electrical department was happy to help. He is a very personal guy and had all the right answers. I wish all employees were this helpful.

Me. Jesse helped us load our cart and our car. He was there to help when I really needed it. I said that he was my angel. He went above and beyond and I am very thankful.

One of my best experience Going to a Home Depot store the cashier that help me with my checking out was her name was vada I think .she was full of joy didn’t have a attitude or anything I will most definitely recommend that store to my friends

Home Depot visit was great. Great employee assistance. I had to make several trips and the cashier's the guys in the plumbing department, the paint department and customer Service were all courteous and very helpful. I was also able to use my military discount.

We had a couple of problems with our order. Kiara Bell went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get it resolved. She helped me in the store, called to follow up and then even came to see me in the store today when I was purchasing other items. I can't tell you how much I appreciate all of her help. She should really be on the pro desk. She's very knowledgeable, thorough and nice.

Everyone is so helpful at this Home Depot, an employee there named Michael was very knowledgable and knew exactly where everything I needed was, he was also very kind and professional. I usually have to stalk the employees at other hardware stores but Michael saw my confused look and not only came to help me, but helped me until I got everything I needed. Store was also very clean. Keep up the good work at this location!

If I could give her 10 stars, I would! I want to publicly thank Paige B. for being an amazing help tonight. She was friendly, very polite & a joy to be around. While waiting on my dad to get back, I watched how she interacted with her customers & coworkers & I was in awe. She gave GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE to everyone. This was my first time going to home depot.. I had a very good experience. The young man that helped me was very knowledgeable.. He helped me find what I was looking for, he cut the wood for me and went even further to help find the correct L brackets and screws I needed as well. The other workers that I saw in passing thru the store were friendly as well

Good store. Plenty of staff without being overwhelming. Like the self checkouts on both ends of store. Lowe’s does not have these and neither good customer service. Home Depot is much better than Lowe’s in Baton Rouge!

I went into this store to buy some polyurethane for a project. Ann Marie came over and walked me to the polyurethane products. She even opened the can for me to smell the paint to make sure it was not offensive to me. We have been helped by her before in the paint department and she definitely knows her products and obviously loves her job. She is a huge asset to this store!!!

Awesome customer service. I didn't get a chance to get her name but she was very friendly and eager to help. Made my decision on who to go with for a front door a whole lot easier. Home depot!!
