They even don’t deserve one star, I was here for service my sonata on Wednesday, for tire rotation, oil change and multi inspections to see if anything else is wrong with my car needs to be fixed, I drop my vehicle in the morning, service rep told me she will contact me , once everything was done , she never called me or message me until middle of the day and I had to call her back waited for 15 for her to take my call answer, finally I left a message and she text me that my car ready to pick up, I picked up at 5pm in the evening, while driving for 2 days we realized that vehicle has too much noise from front two tires, came back on Saturday but service rep was gone so another guy told me to come back on Monday, I came here on Monday at 10:30, service rep told me to Waite here and vehicle should be done and ready in hour to hour and a half, after waiting an hour service guy came to me to ask why I am here and I explained the problem so he said to give him 20 min, after 20 min another guy came to me and told me I have to pay about 180$ to fix the problem, because they did do test drive after the service, even if it’s their fault, and if I say yes to pay , then only he will start fixing the problem and for that I have to wait another hour and half. Since 10:30 to 1:30 now I am still here and I don’t know how long I have to Waite and I still have to pay. Even if I paid for my service and they didn’t fix tire rotation properly, now I have to pay one more time .
