I recently rented a hospital bed from Homecare Express .... I opted for them to deliver and set up the bed. I am so pleased that I did that .... the young man that delivered and set up the bed was pleasant, polite and very informative. He went out of his way to ensure that I understood how to work it and how to manage the bed railings safely. Thank you so much Homecare Express!!!

These people are wonderful! Mother & son owners and their delivery folks -- all wonderful. I rented and then bought a new scooter from them for hubby and just today ordered, received, and had set up in my living room, a multi-function electric recliner when the cheap one we had bought online died. I'd recommend these folks to anyone who is listening!!

I have found the employees of Homecare Express to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a huge showroom and take the extra effort to really help you find what you are looking for, whether it be a large or small item. It's never an easy time in someone's life when you are looking for these types of items, either for yourself or a loved one, it's nice to have a great team to work with!

Cant say enough about Mike at Home Care Express. Insurance gave us the run-around on covering a wheelchair for elderly father. Contacted Home Care Express and they had one delivered within hours. They could not have made it any easier.

Overall my experience with Homecare Express and Mike were great. I had the need to rent a recliner after shoulder replacement surgery and from all involved from the initial phone call to delivery/set up and pick up were knowledgeable, polite etc...
I would recommend and use this company for any medical solutions needed.... though no offense hope the need for me does not happen again soon !

Very nice people, when they are selling you something …..but beware there is no return policy on the web page. I guess it’s on the bottom of 5he receipt which was left in the box in my car..After not using the scooter because the battery is to heavy for me, I wanted to return it and try to find something that would give me more freedom, but I was told, they don’t take them back. So here am 71 years old and stuck in the house.. Will not recommend. ☹

My daughter and I rented a bariatric wheelchair so I would be able to attend my sons high school graduation on June 5th. We tried it out in the store and found the wheels sluggish but thought that was due to the carpeting. When my daughter removed it at the school we discovered the hand rests were not attached and we could not open the wheelchair up without great difficulty. The wheels were just as bad on the parking and sidewalk areas. It was like pushing through wet cement to the event and back to the car. Upon returning the chair to the store my daughter was laughed at while explaining our experience. Will never use this company again.

After I purchased a walker at Homecare Express for my father, I realized I did not have a brochure for it.
When I searched online I found it for sale at many other stores for a third less (over $130). I called back Diane Long (I believe the owner) and asked if she could give me a price adjustment, she was unwilling to help at all!!!
