The lady that was in this location on 6/16 was great her customer service was top notch. I came in due to the app charging me twice but not allowing the order to go through. After I had explained to her and let her know what happen she made sure I was taken care. I definitely appreciate it. Understanding that the had no access to the app orders she did everything she could to make sure I was taken care. She deserves more praise than this little interview. Thank you!

I can't say I've had any of their food that I can say this establishment? Does things professionally accurately appropriately? And I'm excited to see them next time. When I do get food with this location? This is why I do reviews. So I know who the good locations are and which ones need to work on what they're doing. You guys were swarmed. Had 2 guys literally walk out. I don't know if they quit. Or whatnot? And you still kept professional in all of what was going on. Kudos, to you guys excited to see you next

I love this store it always helpful and gets my order right the team there is very nice when I go in even if it's dinner rush shout out to Casey for helping me today and the food is always good the store is always clean the team is professional and kind!

Stopped by at 1A.M. 02/10/24 and had a great server at the Harrison Blvd location. It's rare now anyone puts a little effort into what they do however the drive thru employee as well as the employees putting my order together all were great. It's nice to have great service and my order was made correct, hot and neatly packaged.

On two separate occasions, I have had two different staff members give me a complimentary drink. They didn't mess up my order, I was already paying for food--so it wasn't that they were lazy and didn't want to run my card, and I didn't ask for it. They just gave them to me because they "wanted to make my day better".

I go out of my way to go here now because they did that for me. I don't go expecting them to do that again, but I do because I appreciate that they did. I think they're trying to improve their public reputation amid a string of poor reviews, and they'll always have my business.

Furthermore--and I hate coming off as a staunch traditionalist--but the newer Taco Bell designs have always looked super lame to me, and this one has yet to be renovated to that design style. The new design lacks color and vibrance, both of which this one has. This actually makes a significant difference to me when considering whether or not I am going to sit down or head to the drive thru. These people are trying and they care, and the food is, as always, what you'd expect from Taco Bell. It's fine.

One of the few times here in Utah where I've said thank you in the drive-thru and they actually replied “You're welcome”. A pleasant experience to say the least. The food was great and I felt good leaving the drive-thru of a fast-food restaurant for the first time in a long time.

This is my favorite Taco Bell location. For some reason the food just always tastes better here.

Came through the drive through a little after midnight and was pleasantly surprised at how kind the drive through worker was from ordering and up to the window he was very kind made us feel like they wanted our business. As well the food was all hot and you could tell it was freshly made. All in all a fantastic late night spot, will definitely be coming back !

There is a team leader or manager who works a lot of mornings and he is always so kind and energetic.

This place is the definition of next level, this is a training store yet with our amazing team and new menu items like cantina chicken, and a dragon fruit freeze that is gas as it gets I would highly recommend you try our new items through the app you won't be disappointed

I love this location! I usually come through the drive thru late at night and the cashiers are always kind to me. My food is always hot and fresh and they always give me lots of extra sauce when I ask for it. Seriously my favorite fast food place around!

Good, bean burrito with no cheese! I say it's time you bring back the "5 Layer Vegan Burrito"! You never had it on the menu but you should put it on there.

This Taco Bell did amazing service on a large order requested in advance for my employer but had an internal miscommunication. Hence, on this previously arranged date of pick up, in roughly 10-15 minutes during a Friday "lunch hour," my large order was prepared with extreme consideration and goodwill and was done so by a friendly, hardworking group of team players making it all happen. I am grateful for the good service and recommend them for your next visit at this TB!

Your Mexican pizza was excellent. I have ordered the pizza at other stores but your store does it best. My only comment is that we need a store in Brigham City.

It was great. I just had a soft shell taco with meat. It was perfect and just enough. I just wish it was closer to $1.50 in cost. The service was great and I got in and out quickly through the drive-thru.

The drive thru actually was fairly exceptional. I pulled in and was greeted by a decent sized line, however it moved quick enough and the kid on the speaker not only put up with my jokes but guided the conversation ever so gracefully towards the end of my order. Customer service was for sure on par for my most gnarly of taco munchy cravings. Saved the day again taco bell!

My grand daughter loves taco bell as one of her favorite places. I bought a box of soft taco and a few hard tacos. These were well made and tasted good.

I have been going to Taco Bell for years and it's one of my very favorite places. It's so easy now to either order with your phone and pick it up or just walk in and ordering the store. They have so many good tasty items and then occasionally roll out something new for a while. I'm never disappointed by a meal at Taco Bell and prices are very fair the food is good and so I was a happy camper.

Lightning speed drive through. They don't skimp on the cheese, meat, or sour cream like other TBs. Always class act at workers the drive through.

We received our food quickly, and there was no mistakes. I asked for extra sauce, and I received way more than I needed. That's cool. The staff was super friendly, and very easy to talk to. It was a great experience.
