Kogane Korean Kitchen

We have been wanting to try this place for a while, but it always seems to be closed when we want to go. I'm so glad we didn't let the look of the outside keep us from going inside. The service was great, and our servers were great, helping us understand the different dishes and what to order. The food came out in sizzling bowls and plates. The food was so good and flavorful, we also liked the 5 sides. We will definitely be coming back soon.

We really enjoyed this restaurant! It is great quality food made on the spot. The service was great and everyone was nice.
I would super recommend the spicy pork bulgogi. It was delicious and came with lettuce and other sides. We also got the stone bowl beebeembop, which was also good but we personally liked the bulgogi much more.
We spent a little over $50 total for two meals- no appetizers.

Our kids told us about this place and we are so glad they did! Delicious!!!

It’s a small place and the food is amazing! I highly recommend the beef bulgogi with banchan (5 sides). The owners are so sweet and amazing cooks! Truly a hidden gem.

Everything we ate here was fantastic. I was honestly a bit skeptical about Korean food out in Utah, but Kogane far exceeded my expectations.

The side dishes, the stew, and the bibimbap were all on point. It may have been a temporary special, but I would highly recommend the barbecue baby back short ribs: absolutely delicious.

The two ladies running the place were very friendly and let us order tofu even though the menu listed it as a Wednesday item.

I honestly can not think of a better meal I have ever had in my life. Hands down the absolute best place we ate at while on vacation in Utah. If I could give 10 stars I would. 😭

We tried this for the first time tonight and it was so delicious and fresh!! They gave us fresh lettuce to wrap the chicken bolgogi in with the sides of vegetables ! We will be back soon!! Yum! Great service

This spot is an absolute gem! Food was tremendous, quaint establishment with terrific staff that was very kind and happy to help! I introduced my wife to Korean food here and she is absolutely hooked! This isn’t a business this is a love and passion for the owners and I feel it comes across in every aspect of your dining experience!

The food here is so amazing, their pork belly is some of the best I have had, and so is their kimchi. All of their food is just so good, it’s a must try place.
The lady who served us was so kind and helpful, my daughter did not want to sit still while we ate and she entertained her and gave her extra treats to help us enjoy our meal. It was a very good experience.

I just loved this place. It's really hard to find but it is so worth it! The food was superb and the service was very attentive and friendly. It's a little place of Korean food bliss. Whole heartedly recommend if you're looking for scrumptious food.

Best Korean food in Utah. The variety of flavors and the combination of authentic sides you just can’t get anywhere else. Price is a little more than I think it should be but I really can’t get this quality of K-food any where else. Get the spicy pork belly and get all the sides you can and you will enjoy it. Their beembeembop is ok.

Does not disappoint! Went on a Thursday, and the specials were fantastic. Pork salad and a lot of it, delicious! Great service, just a small and cosy operation. Made us feel right at home.

The food is sooo delicious❤❤❤❤ They serve all their food sizzling hot! So fresh!!! I highly recommend their Short Ribs! Favorite and most delicious item in the menu in my opinion. Servers are so nice too! And ambience is welcoming and charming!

Highly recommend! I have been looking for a good Korean place nearby and I found it. The food was fresh and delicious. Wonderful and friendly staff! The waitress was super friendly. Our baby boy had fallen asleep, she offered to help so we could finish eating our food. Will be coming back again and again!

I tried this place on Saturday evening after a friend recommended it to me.
I got super excited to try the Korean veggie pancake! It was delicious.
My friend got the tteokbokki which was far better than I'd ever had before!
I got the cold chewy noodles (jjeoyl myeon), which was amazing!
I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Ogden area. I can't wait to come back and try more dishes!!

Excellent with quick service! The place is a little hidden out of the way but completely worth it.

First time visitor. This place was recommended to me and it did not disappoint. There is only one lady doing all the cooking, so I'd try to get here as soon as it's open or during hours that are less busy (check Google Maps). Small simple menu, but I enjoyed the food quite a bit. This place is better than the Korean restaurants closer to where I live. I will be back to try more dishes. I will say the star of the show tonight was the soy bean soup. The broth was heavenly.

Really good food, good service, and friendly staff. Probably the best Korean barbeque around. Unusual location but don't let that stop you, the food is well worth it. We will be coming back again and again.

We looked around for a local Korean bistro in our community and tried out Kogame. I'd like to give them a proper review so we came back for the second time. Their home made kimchee is great compared to store bought cabbage kimchee. I've had their pork and beef bulgogi, bibimbap, seared tofu, and their kimchee soup. I cannot speak on their authenticity but the food is pleasant. Spice score wise, the food is not to the level of ghost pepper hotness and even close to habanero level. The food that were supposed to be hot were tweaked lower to satisfy those who cower to the level of "Korean" spice. The menu is simple which made ordering easy. I would recommend this place to those who crave a little spice that will not make you run away.

We are regulars to Kogane and every single time we have gone it has been a 5 star experience. Couldn’t ask for better food or better people!
