The Guac Box

First time here, won’t be the last! We had the nachos, they were loaded!, and chicken n beef tacos. Everything was excellent! Good Jamaican/Mexican music just made the atmosphere even better.

The Guac Box is a new hidden gem for my family. The food is out of this world and the people who work here are of the nicest, passionate people you could meet! It is cash only, so have some handy. This is a definite must try! You will be hooked!

Our family of 5 happened upon this gem and we sure are glad we did! The food was excellent, my husband and I were very impressed with the freshness and taste, and my 5 and 3 year old devoured the tacos - and they are picky. My 1 year old loved the cheese quesadilla. In addition to the incredible food, the staff was incredibly friendly. They were unexpectedly closing soon due to a function and could have easily turned us away but did everything they could to accommodate our very hungry bunch. Thanks so much! We will definitely be back!

We were going to try everything on the menu but then the special was surf and turf burritos! We each had one and they were amazing with lobster and carne asada! Enough left over for lunch the next day. We will be back!

This place is packed because it is amazing, do not despair if you see a line when you walk in. They will accommodate and take care of you! The food is absolutely delicious, tasty. Generous portions, affordable, the service is outstanding and very personal, the desserts are homemade which makes of this hidden gem an even better experience. Their chocolate mousse lord have mercy… chicken tinga nachos, my God. Thank you for opening this restaurant it is one of the best I have been to!

Amazing service x10000000. They stayed late to accommodate our order, the food was delicious and plentiful, and the there was nice music playing in the background to top off a great atmosphere! Everything was clean and we loved supporting a small, family owned restaurant. If I lived locally, I could eat here every night of the week. OH!! And they were very considerate and knowledgeable about dietary restrictions; the queso was gluten free!! :)

As a local Just getting to try this had a takeout burrito thought the price of first was a little pricey until I got home and opened the box. It was huge. The flavors were delicious. All the sauces that came with it. We’re all delicious obviously homemade I think this is going to be a great fit for the community.👍

Our family of 4 had lunch today at The Guac Box and it was amazing! We ordered the nachos which were amazing and enough to feed 4+ people, great portion size! We also had the Three Little Pig Burrito and Fish Tacos! I've never had such tasty food at a local establishment! Everything had large portions with fresh ingredients, well worth the trip to Warrensburg, NY! Staff was attentive, very friendly and could not do enough for you. Love this place!

I've had a few positive customer experiences - but none more impactful than today. I visited the restaurant and immediately knew the food would be good. Just the right vibe for Mexican, ya know? I ordered up and got hit with the news "cash only" and I didn't have it. I tried the ATM but no joy. I told the staff sorry, be back later - but got comped the food anyway. Soooooo Cool!

We were impressed. The portions are great. I thought it was an excellent value for what you get. The cashier was quite friendly and the food was done quickly. Not super authentic, but very delicious.

We had tacos al pastor. So good! Asked for chips with extra spicy salsa and it was just right. Looking forward to exploring this menu : )

I spend summers up in north creek as a raft guide. One thing I’ve really missed while living here is a great, local Mexican food place. Guac box is everything I hoped for. Fantastic burritos and chips, and some of the best salsa I’ve ever had. 10/10

Living on the west coast, moving back to the east I've made it a point to find good Mexican in New York. The birria tacos and quesadillas were DELICIOUS. As were the chicken tacos, they were all seasoned well and flavorful, which is something that most Mexican restaurants lack in upstate NY, they keep the meat bland.

If you’re in Warrensburg eat here!!!

We picked up takeout here as a family of 5 last night and it was excellent. The service was fast and friendly and cognizant of everyone waiting. They forgot to bag one of our orders of tacos, which was not a big deal we just ran back in to grab them and were so apologetic and sweet about it and threw in free churros.

We ordered 3 varieties of tacos, a quesadilla, and nachos, all of which were EXCELLENT especially the sauces that came with. The gauc box says it serves 4+, but we struggled to eat half as a group of 5. It was probably the star of the show, the chips, salsa, and guacamole were all excellent.

They are currently only taking cash which was a surprise to us, but there is an atm right in store and I assume having recently opened they are working towards taking cards.

Our first time visiting and will not be out last. Fantastic food and great service. So nice to finally have authentic Mexican food in the Adirondacks. Highly recommend it!

My wife and I stopped in for lunch. The food was amazing, it had incredible flavor! The people were extremely friendly, place had an awesome vibe. It'll be a new favorite for us to stop in from here on out!

I’ve had Mexican food from Glens Falls to Albany. The Guac Box surpasses all other relative restaurants in the upstate area. Small local family owned business putting out straight heat from Warrensburg. If you’re on the fence right now, I’m now telling you you’re not and you’re going to come taste this greatness. I had the Birria tacos. The were extremely tasty to the point you didn’t even need to dip them. I left full but I could have ate 50 of them and called my girlfriend to come pick me up! Stop in and don’t play yourself.

Very cozy small business. Do not know for sure, but it had a feel of being family owned. Food was delicious and portion was a good size. I had the birria tacos. Yumm! Highly highly recommend it ❤

We tried The Guac Box today and were blown away by how amazing it was!! We got the classic and the carne asada tacos and they were delicious. We moved here from NYC, my fiancé is extremely hard to impress with food up here and he said their carne asada may be the best taco he’s ever had! Everything was so fresh, we will definitely be back!!
