Great experience all around. I wanted to shop Home Zone because I like that it is Texas owned/operated, the warehouse is in Texas, and so many products are made here as well. The sales folks aren't commissioned and truly seem to love the company they work for and believe in it's product quality. They spend time with you too really figure out what your vision is and help you get there. They deliver within 7 days on items in stock in the warehouse. They also provide a 3 year warranty, and if you use the Synchrony financing with no interest, they give you an extra 2 years on the warranty. The delivery people were awesome. They knocked out the route schedule fast so they were at my stop early. You can track the truck's route and progress through a link they text you. The guys were personable and had great communication as a team to coordinate moving heavy items without damage to the items, the property, or themselves. I will definitely shop Home Zone again! (Ignore my bare living room, we're still getting settled.)

We had a wonderful experience with Home Zone. Brittany our sales person was an angel! She was helpful and kind, but gave us space and time to shop on our own! They had quality furniture and affordable prices. The delivery guys were amazing too! We didn’t think our sectional was going to fit, but they patiently rearranged it. It ended up working perfectly! We will definitely shop their again! We even got a cute little dog bed!

Marshall, Thomas, and Daniel! Best team ever! They were so helpful and patient. Home Zone is one of my favorite furniture shops and each of these guys worked hard to offer us the best deal! Not to mention, the furniture is good quality and most of it is Texas made!

Fantastic experience with Jose! I came in a few months ago looking for a new sectional for my new home- once we were ready to move in- I came back and was greeted by Jose! He remembered me and offered exceptional service! We have more items needed and will make sure that we come find him. During the transaction we also dealt with Freddie, the manager- he was super kind and was accommodating in giving us the best deal possible!! highly recommend 🎉

Excellent experience. Delivery was on time. Delivery drivers very nice. Markale was super professional & friendly. He made sure everything was in proper working order before leaving. I would definitely buy from Home Zone in the future.

This was our first time visiting home zone and it was well worth it! We did not feel any pressure but Dave made sure to stay close to answer every question we had! Marshall and Dave worked as a team to get us taken care of in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend and will be returning

Marshall was amazing !!! Came in on Monday and came back on Sunday to put in my order. He made the whole process super easy and enjoyable. He has had the best intro into an establishment I’ve ever experienced and made everything go so smooth!! Hopefully when I need to come back he’s a manager or running the store by then!!

Hello consumers just left Home Zone home design and sleep! Our sales guy name is Thomas, who was from the start of greeting us, pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. We purchased a beautiful sofa and love seat and wrapped up our sale with Thomas. We highly recommend shopping at this store. You won’t be disappointed

Jose was absolutely amazing. The prices are awesome and the service is even better. They worked together as a team to help us find exactly what we wanted without being push sales people. We were created when we entered the store by Jose who told us how the store was laid out. Then he left us to explore, but checked on us just at the right time with no pressure selling. It was such a great experience that we will likely be back to purchase additional pieces. They also have lay-a-way. I haven’t heard much about that in years.

It was mine and my boyfriend’s first time shopping for furniture for our new home and Home Zone did not disappoint! We were greeted by Dave who guided us through the entire process and was extremely patient as we took more than an hour to decide on what sofa we wanted. He was kind and attentive, answering all of our questions and made us feel comfortable with the purchase we were making. We will definitely be back for more!

We have not shopped for furniture in over a decade and thought we'd give Home Zone a try. We didn't need to go anywhere else. The first time in we were welcomed and given an overview of the store layout, then we were left to do our own thing (which I prefer). When I had questions it was easy to find Marshall M or Jose Gonzalez and they were very knowledgeable. After spending about a week thinking about our options and doing some final measurements we went back in with our decision and Marshall M. remembered us, which was a nice surprise. The purchasing process was a breeze and I can't wait for my new piece of furniture. Thank you Home Zone Arlington for making this an easy process.

This was our first time visiting the store and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the get go the employee that assisted us, Thomas, answered every question we had and was quick on his feet when it came to curiosity of other furniture. We really appreciate his patience as we took our time, looking around. Other than that I think what also left us pleasantly surprised was, when compared to other stores, everything was much more affordable and at such great quality. There are multiple other pieces that we are more than happy to stop by for in the near future

Thomas met us at a dining room table that we were trying to figure out & showed us how to work its butterfly leaf & then gave us space to browse on our own. The prices are great & the quality is good for what you pay. We also saw furniture in this store that we saw in high end furniture stores. The accessories are decently priced especially the lamps. We found several priced under $150 for 2.
