David is absolutely wonderful! I applied for credit and he immediately reach out via phone. Within the hour I was at the Conns store and he was waiting for me. He was patient, kind and understanding. He gave me time to look at my different options and when I finally made my decision; he made the process fast and easy! He answered my questions and addressed all my concerns. Well, my apologies . you communicated with me nicely via text, I thought u would be the same person. But I will say that Antonio was a very nice gentleman. He took time to show me the numbers unfortunately it didn’t meet my price range. I want you to know that he treated me with decency and respect, he didn’t look at me and turn away. He was an awesome assistant manager, despite everything. I’m glad I stopped by today.

Great experience David the Salesman was a delight he wasn’t over baring . Very polite. I will definitely always look for him first when shopping at that location . Because of him in a good way I left the store with something I!! Wasn’t planning on getting of course my wife didn’t make it any better. Women lol

Salesman #47785 did an awesome job providing excellent customer service the time I walked through the door. He was very knowledgeable of the product and offer other options of pick up since the item purchased was too big to fit in my car. If I need to purchase anything else big in the future it will definitely be from Salesman 47785

Great Customer Service very easy was in and out within 30 mins. If you are looking for an appliance or something else go ask Rahim Owens. He was great,fast and got me in and out.

I went to Conn's to look at dishwashers. I found one but need to wait to buy it. I told David I wanted to look at other things. I went and checked the livingroom furniture. I found a sectional that I just love. David went over everything with me. Then I had to leave to get my phone from the repair shop. I came back and he had everything ready for us to do the paperwork. This was much better than some other stores

We were greeted upon arrival and Rahim handled our request and we were out the door in no time. Excellent Service!
